Disinfect/ clean your ac vents. If coolant decreases then check heater core(may leak). For engine oil You may use Total quartz8000 5W30 -A5/B5 or Shell helix HX8 5W30 or Castrol magnetic 5W30-3.8 ltr.

You may use Bosch/ castrol Dot 4 oil.

May be leak or head gasket blown. Check colour of Engine oil. Coolant may mix in Engine oil.
