Yes it can, hope it not too salty ph scale of btw 5-9 will be ok
can Azolla be dried into powered and be given to hen or pigs
No, it is only best when its fresh and green, fresh from the pond, when you dry it, it looses its nutrients

No it doesnt need inlet and outlet, all you need is organic mature, Azolla the aquatic plant cleans the water naturally
