Do you think we can use Milanote as a pure note-taking app? Other than for creative or planning projects but really like a taking-note app? Milanote is so smooth and nice to use it but I have doubts about long-term second brain use. What do you think about it? Thanks to you.

No!
To start a new project, just drag a new board out of the left-side toolbar.
Then, double-click on the board's tile, and you'll be able to open it and start your new project! 🙂

To change your board's background color, right-click on the background and choose 'Change Board Background'.
