Assuming you are working in a bank which deals in 'Interest'. Even if one does not deal in 'Interest' in his job title, that person is still contributing one way or the other into 'Interest'. If one leaves such a job for another for the sake of Allah (halal; even if it is paying low), Allah will give them better! In Sha Allah P.S. just think about it
