His explanation with proof make sense. Giving a clear picture of sains n the body system. Good job. Keep it up. Hoping that it will give awareness to people.
He kept talking for hours and hours and never says what to eat or not to eat or how to protect himself from diabetics..he is a genius no one can't underestimate that. Still, we need short and clear advice.

He can’t say what to follow or what to eat, he is explaining you ur body mechanism to make u clear how to does it works exactly, ur the only person can decide about diet foods according to ur body type.. non of the doctors can prescribe your food chart , if he does so he is cheating you.. kindly everyone try to understand and listen to ur own body and mind first. Don’t ever follow anyone , this is what he is explaining in all the videos.
