My grandfather had Jaguars the thing I always loved about them was that they were quiet and smooth but powerful !! To me making a Jaguar loud like this gets away from what makes Jaguar a great car .
This was a limited edition 4wd model and had a roar to its 2.5ltr turbocharged engine before I tweaked it plus it’s not load inside, personal preference I guess.

Hi Terry, I've already had my middle resonator take out and so far so good with the noise but I want to remove the two back boxes as well. With your set up is it an actual straight pipe with tips where the old back boxes was or are there new free flowing back boxing been put in with tips?
I deleted my resonator and back two mufflers on my 02 x type. What I did was cut right before the tips and then cut on the other side of the muffler and just welded a pipe to the stock tips
Yea they didn’t make that many AWD 2.5 V6 petrols with the auto gear box and manual shifter, I haven’t seen another one like mines but I know there out there, I now drive the 3.0 V6 XFS and this one is also rare.
hey Terry next wednesday im gettin done on mine x type 3.0 sport a muffler delete and probably resonator will go aswell what did u put instad of resonator just a straíght pipe or some kind of X pipe
@@Rogue1867 thanks buddy, my exhaust is pretty rusty anyway and broken just before the nut which is before resonator so it's gotta go anyway, and i think its for the best

I will clone the pipes by the same in stainless steel but without mufflers and maybe drope de springs ( or no, I think its a sport pack) ...it comes with a GPS big screen and the interior in wood ...

Just a full straight pipe, I’m getting my Jetta done next week and it will be the same, best to just get rid of it all.
