Btw if you can disenchant some things, a mythic apotheosis bow with volley, quickdraw and +150% drawspeed is by far the most op weapon and can literally be spammed to take down piglichs faster than a max Morgan lol

The way the crystals work i believe is that your hitbox for explosions is closer to your feet rather than the entire body. Thats why speedrunners place the bed above them on the end portal during the fight or why pvp players like to stay below their enemy when fighting with explosives.

I find it pretty funny that you said the "easiest way" to get melon slices was getting the chopping board and knife when you can literally break a melon with an axe and get melon slices 😂 Loved the series, can't wait for the full speed run.

Just so you know, assuming it works like vanilla, there's a more efficient way to add enchants to the magicbane (I think that's the name at least)
The anvil cost increases every time you put an item through an anvil - there's a hidden statistic of "# of anvil uses" which, well, increases every time you use an anvil.
Its better to combine items with the same # of anvil uses so, once you put an item through once you want to combine it with an item that's also been through once, like a sword with one book on it and then 2 books combined together. You then repeat this cycle with 2 anvil uses, 3, 4, etc. It can get kind of difficult to keep track of combinations though.
I never knew that.... it gives me some ideas on how I can level it easier. However, I have a plan for some *insane* experience.... Thank you for watching!

How did you charge your destruction gadget wirelessly btw in 4:30? I'm using flux network on my setup but I'm interested in alternatives but i dont understand how you did it :)
You need to make a Flux Controller, and turn it on. I believe I was using the Player Transmitter to start with, but the Flux Controller is a wireless charging thing. Also thank you!

vanilla mechanics for explosion damage is determined by the feet so if your feet are behind a block you take less explosion damage. Even better if the block is explosion resistance such as obsidian.

Advanced power tip. You could setup a bunch of these but not throw the liquid form through a condensentrator. Store them up then use a builder to place in 10k source blocks of it in a hole. Attach a create hose and pulley to an ender tank and boom. infinite fuel and can attach it to as many gas burning gens as needed. Very cheap way to produce power and very efficient
I like how this is a tip but the tip is to dig out 10k blocks lmao that's INSANE commitment but it actually makes me wonder... can you do this with Fissile Fuel?
It's not very practical for a speedrun, I'll give you that, but with the builder digging out that much space is not all that much of a challenge either. And it'll work with ANY liquid. I LOVE Create.@@AlfredGGMC

I don't think so. As far as I'm aware there isn't a liquid form of it. And the previous steps are all mostly gasses as well.@@AlfredGGMC

Also, i've tried playing around with the config menu of the PRC but I can't, for the life of me get it to accept the redstone i throw into it as power. It has both water and hydrogen and is connected to everything but won't accept power. I've switched the fe/j back and forth and tried every redstone mode. it just does not work. I even made a whole NEW one, still having the same issue. It just keeps saying not enough energy to operate.
Do ya have any tips you can give me?
I also couldn't get it to work. Maybe it's not supposed to?
@@AlfredGGMCYou might be right. I assumed that’s what that slot was for since all the other stations have it and use it.
I tried using the generator furnace and energy pipes to give it power and that seemed to work.
Idk I just thought it was odd that it didn’t start automatically converting the bio fuel with the redstone it.

The damage of end crystals is calculated by where your feet are, thats why it does less damage when youre below it

I’m kinda surprised you didn’t use fluxducts in place of the energy pipes. And also you didn’t add an advanced pipe upgrade to the item pipe going from the compacting drawer to the crusher. Other than that this episode was sooooo good and super funny!

You take less damage if your legs are covered from the explosion of the end crystal, 2b2t players make combat with end crystals...or thats what i remember from a tip @FitMc said once.

Hi man, we are currently playing ATM8 v. 1.0.22 on a server with my friend. We want to update the version, how should we go on about it? What files should we not touch so our progress (mine colonies, mekanism, etc.) doesn't get lost? Thanks
Server wise, it usually depends on who you are running the server through. If you run it by yourself, there are several folders that are super important to update. Config, Mods, Kubejs, and several others are important. I'd hop into the ATM discord and ask to be safe!

You gotta troubleshoot everything: Is it getting water? Is it getting Hydrogen? Is it getting Biofuel? Does it have enough power? Are the sides set up properly to accept/push items/gases?
i found the problem, i don't use too much energie, so basically when i need some power works when i dont need it doesn't, i know shouldt be like that but it works like that and its fine for me ahahha

The fastest way to get melon slices...
Is to break the melon, it always drops as slices unless you use silk touch
I swear to god I struggled to get slices before this lol
@@AlfredGGMC Maybe it's because of quark, iirc there's an option to have melons drop the block instead of the slices when breaking it and it's enabled by default
What shaders are you using?
Probably the complementary shaders, which are built into the modpack
