I use Vitamin C in the day and night time! I have to! I LOVE the Cosrx Triple Lightening Serum, The Drunk Elephant c firma day serum, the Dermadoctor Kakadu plum Vitamin C serum & night oil. I also really like the Tarte Youth or Dare one as well!! ❤️❤️❤️
I love the Cosrx Triple C- that is a nice one- and only two ingredients. I think I might be ready to give the Drunk Elephant C Firma a try again, too!
No BS Beauty I fell in love with the Cosrx one because of you and every time I go back to it I always wonder why I stopped. Honestly because of my super sensitive skin it’s the best but of course we are always on the hunt for something better. I was afraid to tell t the DE one because how you said it was always oxidized but I took the leap and I keep it in the fridge, and it’s so hydrating that I need it right now. I’ve started getting dry around my mouth and chin from the tretinoin so I am into the more hydrating ones. 😊
I use Vitamin C in both my morning & evening routines: Drunk Elephant C Firma during the day, and DermaDoctor Kakadu C at night. Want to try a vitamin C from The Ordinary soon.
You use two of my faves- the DermaDoctor has become one of my top faves. I like The Ordinary's Ascorbyl Glucoside- that is my favorite vitamin c from The Ordinary,

I'm using this product now in the mornings before sunblock and i quite like it! the scent is rather light yet pleasing and i love the texture. though i'm not really seeing significant results - might be because of the low vit c amount like you mentioned. shouldve suspected that when i saw it came in a glass bottle :/ great video though, thank u:)

Sinceuticals CE Ferulic. Use it morning and sometimes evening I mix it with my retinol.;seems to make it even more effective. Expensive but I just use 2 drops each time. I’ve tried many other vitamin c serums and just haven’t liked anything else. Oh it helps to put some kind of toner down first so your skin is wet and it’s very spreadable!
The skinceutcals is a good one, you've good a good idea to mix only a few drops in to make the bottle last longer!

Thanks so much for your reviews Sarah. Is the Wishtrend c serum better than the lightning COSRX. I found triple c lightning a little stingy on skin but seemed very effective. Maelove has been a great one for me at similar price point.
Both the Cosrx and Wishtrend have about the same amount of asorbic acid in them. I find that the Wishtrend does work a bit better under makeup as opposed to the Cosrx. You can really go wrong with either. 🤔

Hi! I am not sure whether I should get the Pineapple serum by Glow Recipe or this one by Sephora. I'm 24 with a strong tendency towards dry skin in winter, but still blemish prone. Do you have a suggestion? Thank you :)
The Glow Recipe pineapple c is better in my opinion. The Sephora Collection c Serum has a lesser amount of vitamin c, and I'm not a huge fan of the type of vitamin c they used in it. They used ascorbyl glucoside, which isn't as effective for Brightening skin, and it is near the bottom of the ingredients list. The Glow Recipe uses l asorbic acid and it's higher up on the ingredients list.

Yes! That is what I tend to do after I review them- I typically use duct tape or electrical tape. Not the prettiest thing, but it does help.

I would use it immediately after cleansing and before moisturizer - usually about four or five drops should be enough to cover your entire face and neck. It should help brighten skin and fade dark spots.

I hadn't heard of them before but this brand looks pretty impressive! I love the affordable options, definitely get a membership. Most of the products looks pretty good, especially the Retinol face and the Retinol Eye creams. Can't believe I haven't heard of them before! 😄😄

I think it's better to store in the fridge as vit c oxidizes easily
It definitely cannot hurt to store it in the fridge when you're not using it, and it will help slow the oxidation process.
I always store mine in the fridge, and have noticed a big difference since doing so:))

You absolutely can, I would give it a minute or two to absorb first.

If you have space in your refridgerator I would recommend keeping it in there, it will help it last longer.
Can I ask if it feels greasy/oily?
definitely not!! ive been using it for 1 year and never felt greasy its feels so fresh and light✨
I just bought this last night and didn't really know much about it the women at the counter raved about it I'm trying to find some good skincare that doest break the bank but I really don't know how I feel about this . also it had nothing on it about weather to use at night noting or both wich I thought was strange .
You can certainly use this morning and evening. Because of some of the Fragrance in this I would recommend using a sunscreen after it in the daytime. After you finish this one I'd recommend the Timeless C, E, and Ferulic Acid Serum, the Cosrx Triple C Liquid Lightening Vitamin c serum, or the Maelove Vitamin C Glow Serum. Those three are all pretty affordable as well.

Can we use it at night?
You certainly can. I typically recommend using this in the morning right away before sunscreen but there's nothing wrong with using it at night if you prefer.
