Hello Dada: I made a variation of this dish for family on Sunday using what was handy and I am familiar with. I did not use the salted fish, I used old bay seasoning, whole bay leaves, homemade roasted pepper, dried and fresh herbs basil/cilantro). It was very delicious, I was told!
