🌴Ingredients
6 snapper fish
1/2 bell peppers
1 onion
1 carrot
1/2 tomato
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp ginger
1 stalk scallions
2 Tsp scotch bonnets pepper
1 Tbsp fresh thyme
🌼seasoning
1 Tsp fish season
1 Tsp all purpose season
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp salt
2 to 3 Tbsp ketchup
1 1/2 cup hot water
2 Tbsp grace fish & meat sauce
1 Tsp pimento seed
1 Tsp browning or dark soya
Fried fish for 5 minutes on each side
Simmer down for 6 to 8 minutes

Can I use fish fillet if I don't have whole fish? I'd put some flour on it, because it will stick to the pot since it has no skin?
Yes you can used fish fillet, no you don’t need to add flour once your oil is hot and your using a thick frying pan instead of those thin ones it’s not gonna stick. allowed the fish to fry for around 4 minutes before turn that way it won’t stick. Let me know your feedback
