To the girl who pees at night.... the doctors gave my cousin this tip. Don't drink any water at least 3-4 hours before bed. Drink a lot of water all day, but don't drink it towards the night when you go to bed.
Plus I was thinking she could wear an incontinence pad or adult nappy at night. That way the sheets dying get wet every time and when she does get married inshallah she would still be able to sleep in the same bed as her husband. I really think that this may be a gift from Allah-swt because when she is selecting a spouse and she tells him about her issue, she can sort the immature men from the honourable ones by setting their reaction.

In London it's really hard to find a place so you should look for places on the edge so that if you want to go in to central London it's easier and it's cheaper and the houses are also really quite nice , somewhere like South Woodford, Chigwell or Wanstead xxx

He does it maybe once a year. It's totally normal and nothing to be ashamed of. The girl who wrote in the email struck a chord with me. He wet the bed more regularly through highschool, but now it has greatly lessened. Still, about a week ago was the first time he had ever wet the bed in my presence and he was so ashamed. I reassured him that it was totally fine, because when you love someone that sort of thing really does not bother you, and that's a promise from me to the girl who wrote the email. Also, one thought they did not mention that I thought of, why not depends or some other adult incontinence product until the specialist fixes the problem? It could really save on clean up. Washing and changing the sheets every day could become quite taxing in terms of time and energy, even with a mattress protector. If she wore one of these such products at night it could really lessen the clean up burden. There are so many products out there just waiting to be tried, and they can even be ordered online and shipped in unmarked boxes. I really don't want this poor girl to fret another moment, because when she meets the right man none of this will bother him.
I used to have this problem and it lasted until my mid teens. I stopped it by figuring out a sleep schedule. I make sure not to drink anything at least 4 hours before. I use the bathroom before I sleep and I set an alarm in the middle of the night just in case. My body learned this and now I just wake up in the middle of my sleep naturally (: there's always hope! I thought something was wrong with me for a really long time and I was extremely embarrassed and ashamed. But there's always a solution. Do it for at least 21 days and your body will start getting used to it. You CAN sleep in the same bed folks. You don't need to live with this.

I've always thinking that it is a rare issue, but it is not, simply because people are too ashamed to talk about it. The first that you should do is to know the reason behind this problem. This might be cause by either: a bludder infection, diabetes or a "light psychology" problem as I like to name(which by the way is the most common). So it is crucial to get yourself to do the urine test and see an urologist. If you find that your problem originates from a "psychological" things, I'm gonna share my experience with you. This especially happens when you get emotionally tired , down or stressed. So I have my own explanation that I don't know it's credibility but it is worth sharing. So basically when you are stressed for intance, they are some people whom all the stress goes to their shoulders but others to their abs area. And I am one of these people. So you basically get stressed from the inside(so obviously you think that you're cool because you look zen but lots of things are happening inside) your bludder gets nervous as well. So when you get to sleep at night (like having constant rows of deep sleep) you find yourself weeting your bed. Simply because they are some stages in our sleep when we have dreams. And during that, our body is paralyzed as a protective way to stop us from moving while dreaming. Including our capacity to control our urine. So this nervous bludder is literally in light vibration. The outer surface of a bludder should normally be relaxed and immobile, however; with all the stress going on it loses that normal state. That makes our bludder drops all what it got. Like I said,I don't know if this theory is true or not and I wish to find someone who can refuted or agree with it. My advice to you, get yourself checked as soon as possible, because you might get rid of this problem before meeting your future husband, so it will be an old story inchaalah. Another thing, I know some people who were suffering from the same thing but now they don't have it anymore. Keep your head up, do not be ashamed because I know how shameful this is making you feel and do not forget to make lots of duaa. I wet the bed until I was 30 and then it just slowly went away once I was happily married. There is a drug that the doctor can give you but it made me feel completely dried out. My husband was understanding and we shared a bed. There were definitely some very odd moments... 😆 Good luck to the writer of the email if you read this, it will all work out in the end for you.

To the girl that has this problem, there is something called 'depend underwear'. Basically it's an underwear that controls your wee from leaking out and onto the beds. It also doesn't let the odour out. Wear at night and you'll be fine, it will make your life easier, because you won't have to clean the sheets everyday and what not. It is a British company, so if you do live abroad you might have to check if they worldwide shipping. It's really good my cousin uses it, and she's married. It's okay don't stress hun, all will be well. Good luck xx
A clinical psychologist would help. It sounds like enuresis. It's extremely normal but they're therapy what involves sensors that will wake you up once you begin to go on yourself and the hope is that you can remember that feeling without the sensors in the future
