To thicken sauce you can cut back on the water or add a couple cans of tomatoes paste…no water.

1 tsp.of baking soda takes the acidity out of tomato sauce. Add a tsp of sugar to make tomato products not so tart.
My mom always said use nutmeg sparingly
because too much nutmeg can be toxic.
A tsp.or 2 of ginger takes the gas out of beans. I wish I could enjoy tomato products but it flares up IBS the same for salad.Maybe that's why I love watching you enjoy all the tomato based meals with salads, because
I can only eat them on rare occasions and when I do I regret it !!
Eating rice and or bread helps a person with IBS.That's been my experience. If you're ever in Ohio and find a Marc's store They have a lemon, lime and cherry 🍒 rainbow sherbet.
Boy is it good!! Marc's is based out of Cleveland Ohio.Lyatt Sandee from Ohio 💜💜🙏🤟😊

I just use mozzarella in between my layers. I don't like ricotta, cottage cheese, or white sauce in my lasagna. I will also sometimes slice zuccini long ways and add them.
