Welcome to symphonic metal and Nightwish. They are from Finland, formed in 1996. This is original lead singer Tarja (Tarrr-ya) Turunen. End of an Era was indeed in Helsinki, Oct 21 2005. Last show on the tour for the 5th album, Once, and last Nightwish show for Tarja. She was fired after the concert, after 9 years and 5 albums, gone on to a long and successful solo career. Male vocalist is bassist Marko Hietala, he joined in 2001, and left in 2021 for personal reasons. He sang backing and co-lead on a lot of songs, and lead on a few. He was lead singer in his first band , Tarot, formed with his brother at age 16. Keyboardist Tuomas Holopainen is the mastermind, writing and composing 90-95% of their songs. He did the arrangement here. Andrew Lloyd Weber has seen this, and loved it. Tuomas, Tarja ,and guitarist Emppu Vuorinen are the band founders, with Jukka Nevalainen joining on drums the next year. Floor Jansen (Yan-sen) is the 3rd and current lead singer, taking over in 2012, she is Dutch. Anette Olzon , from Sweden, was in between ('07-'12). "Ghost Love Score", live at Wacken 2013, is THE usual starting point for the band, and one of the most reacted to videos on yt, Floor on vocals there. Look for a comment from Gabriel Bardac (he'll be here soon), for more info and l inks to a lot of their songs.
Okay, really good info here, and a great starting point! Had no idea they went through different vocalists and had such a deep history! See? THIS right here is what the channel was made for! Thank you so much for this info, and hope to see you around!
@@ReactingtothespectrumYou can start wherever you like. You don’t always have to follow the list. The list is just a small percentage of their work and mostly from the current singer. Just do whatever you want in whatever order.
Hi Eric, thanks for finding this gem of the past from our favorite band ! The only good start for the journey is to start with the one you found first. Luckily it's a good one, just as every other song. Nightwish has almost 30 years of history for you to discover! Tarja was part of the start. Hope you enjoy the ride Gabriel's suggestion will give you. And we can add lots and lots more ❤ Greetings from the Netherlands
Welcome to the rabbit hole that is Nightwish, where every band member is an extremely talented musician who plays for the song. No egos here and it makes for a sound that is greater than the sum of its parts. Nightwish's catalog is wide and varied. Each song is different, and there isn't a bad song in the bunch. I see that many have suggested Ghost Love Score and that is a good choice. I did take a look at the bands that you have reacted to so far, and you seem to like a harder sound. For that reason, I would suggest that early in your journey you take a look at Romanticide, also from the 2013 Wacken concert. After that, well, you can't go wrong. You will hear anything from lovely ballads, to songs with a distinct Celtic influence, to hard rock and metal. Just be prepared for a great journey. Subscribing in the hopes that I can follow along on that journey.
I concur entirely. _Ghost_ _Love_ _Score_ official live at Wacken 2013 is where I started and I've never regretted it, and I'm always up for watching reactions from relative newbies to NW; but then _Romanticide_ live at the same concert is the one where I most enjoy knowledgeable folks' reactions because there's so much for them to pick apart and analyse. P.S. love The Warning too!
You are now at the precipice of the greatest rabbit hole on RUclips. I like that you switched it up from 99% of reaction channels and started with Tarja, as you delve deeper, you'll see a plethora of talent throughout the eras of Nightwish. I have to admit I started with Floor and worked my way backwards. But I must also say that Floor is the most vocally diverse of the three vocalists. Caught your Jinjer video first, but the Nightwish video got you the sub! Nightwish Army, Arizona Division checking in. 🇺🇲🌵
Hi welcome to Nightwish. The keyboard player is the heart of Nightwish, the founder and the person who writes almost all of their music. Gabrielle will give you all the info, hope you stick around for more from this amazing band🇬🇧
You're not wrong, Tarja harmonizes perfectly with everybody she's worked with. Even when singing with metal growler girl Allisa White-Gluz (demons in you). But when she and Marko sing together, it's magical. They recently reunited and are touring together. He released a song called Left on Mars featuring Tarja. Both are solo artists.
🤩👍💥💯🎼 "Kiitos!!" ( = Thank You!! ) in the end... Now that you´ve seen and heard in what they are capable on stage, even with this little ´rendition´ of Lloyd Webber´s play from back in the days, I kindly urge you to explore more of their own awesomeness of music...You won´t be disappointed. Nice reaction män and keep on rockin´ with this magical band. Cheers from Finland. 🤘😎💙🎶 ...Gabriel´s guidance is an excellent way to check them out...
Follow Gabriel. He's our new people conductor. I've followed the band since 300something and on my mid 60s. Gabriel was there about that time, too. He won't steer you wrong. Enjoy!
Greetings from Finland. 😊 I myself have a autistic son. ❤And i also love hear Nightwish ❤ So thank you for yours reaction. Hope you continue this journey to learn more about this great band.😍 Nightwish is faunded in 1996, here in Finland and stil goin on. And listen all theyrs singers too. They all are really goor singers, maybe Floor is a favorite of mine. But have to say, Nightwish dont do bad songs.😅 Whis you chek music videos too.❣️
Welcome Eric. Nightwish and The Warning are bands I discovered on you tube. Now in my favorites. Deep deep rabbit hole for Nightwish. Glad you are here. I avoid assumptions, but Rush and Pink Floyd are my tops. If you don't know them well, go deep.
The bassist, Marko, is the source of the perfect harmonies. He as sung with all three Nightwish lead singers, and as a featured singer in many European bands. Always people are impressed at how great Marko and whoever sound together. Marko is a genius at harmonies.
Good Evening Eric. This is always the problem with reacting to any band that has such an extensive back-catalogue. Invariably, not only does the music evolve through time, but so does the line-up. As with any workplace environment, personnel changes are bound to happen, and Nightwish are no different. As a rule of thumb from now onwards, any track dated 2013 inwards will include Floor. I suggest your next reaction is Ghost Love Score (official live) from Wacken (pronounced Vacken) in Germany 2013. You weren't to know, and there shouldn't be any criticism for this. Welcome to the NW rabbit-hole btw. Kevin from across The Pond.
Hey Kevin! Thanks so much for the guidance here, as I said...literally no clue about who/what this band was, and I was really suprised to see the dynamics here, and hope to see more soon! P.S. don't let the accent fool you...I live in the U.K
@@Reactingtothespectrum YW Eric! I am in the Cotswolds myself. Another band you may like to react to is Ayreon. I recommend the 2017 'The Day that The World Breaks Down' as a start-point. Take care, K
@@nicholew350 There is an expectation that most reactors begin their journey with GLS at Wacken. Even Gabriel Bardac's list refers the new reactor to at least 4 Floor-fronted tracks before the idea of reacting to Tarja is even mentioned. I wanted to make sure that if any criticism was apportioned (and you know there is a faction of NW fans who are NEVER happy) that he wasn't to blame. You seem to be another keyboard warrior just looking for a fight. Yours is an Empty Hope!
@@kevingunning7569 I don't think @nicholew350 intended any offence. You're both on the same side - the side of not wanting somebody to be criticised unfairly.
Re-your comments at around 8:30 about blending of voices, if you listen more to the band you may shift your opinion a little and discover that it's actually Marko who's the more versatile of the two singers. Tarja has a nice tone but sings mainly in an operatic style, whereas Marko varies his tone and vocal colours a lot across different songs. It would make sense for you to hear Floor with Nightwish next - most will recommend Ghost Love Score at Wacken 2013 as the best follow-up and (although there's no right and wrong next choice) it's hard to argue with that, but I think you'll appreciate Floor and Marko pairing up in other Nightwish songs such as Song of Myself. You've also left me wondering about the effect of syphilis on Koala vocal performances, for which I can only thank you.
And now your journey begins. Great video to start with as I am a huge Tarja fan. You still have two vocalists to go and a ton of great music. Before you move on though you need to see Ghost Love Score from this same concert. Absolutely incredible. Enjoy!
Tarja is the one and only, also Marko. After these two there is no Nightwish for me. But... Tarja and Marko are making tour together right now. YES!!!❤️
First you need to know that they have had three main (female) singers, and that is obviously important for this kind of music. * Tarja - fantastic opera singer, the one you heard * Anette - not much to write home about * Floor - fantastic singer with operatic capabilities, the current one. Almost all reactions (except for this song) is for Floor. Ill give you a list of my favorites * Ghost Love Score * Romanticide * Shudder before the beautiful - the one at Wembley Arena * Song of Myself * Storytime * Yours is an empty hope - the one at Wembley Arena
Helsinki is the capital of Finland, where the band as a whole comes from. Here, too, only Finns are on stage. Today, the singer is from the Netherlands (but lives in Sweden) and an additional member is from England (who also still lives there). Singer Tarja Turunen was fired immediately after this concert due to artistic and private differences. At this point, the singer and band traveled to the concerts separately. Tarja became a role model for a new generation of metal singers. Together with Within Temptation, Nightwish were able to establish symphonic metal as an independent subgenre. Tarja remained successful even after her split from Nightwish: Tarja "Undertaker" (Live in Milan) Before joining Nightwish, bassist Marko Hietala had founded the heavy metal band Tarot together with his brother. The two are also the lead singers: TAROT - Wings Of Darkness (OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO) Unfortunately, he left the band in 2021 and now does prog metal. He is currently on tour with Tarja. He gives us hope of a return if Nightwish meets a (reasonable) condition: MARKO HIETALA - Left On Mars (feat. Tarja Turunen) (OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO) 2012 was the disastrous year for Nightwish. During the current tour, there was an argument and the spontaneous separation from their second singer Anette Olzon. Two days before the next concert, they no longer have a singer and have to hire Floor Jansen at short notice. She has to learn the setlist by heart for 1.5 hours and needs 20 hours to get there. Floor says of her first concert that her voice was only 50 percent there and that she sometimes sang behind the fans in the front row because she didn't know the lyrics. Mastermind Tuomas says of the band that they were in survival mode. 2013 will be the year of rebirth, which is why the atmosphere at the Wacken concert is so special. Floor is now the longest-serving singer. The current single for the upcoming album: Nightwish - Perfume Of The Timeless (OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO) Other Symphonics: Within Temptation - The Reckoning (feat. Amy Lee from Evanescence) live at the Worlds Collide Tour VISIONS OF ATLANTIS - Tonight I'm Alive (Official Video) | Napalm Records Epica - Sancta Terra (feat Floor Jansen) Live Retrospect show
Hi there. You say above "He gives us hope of a return if Nightwish meets a (reasonable) condition:". I haven't heard this. Can you please elaborate. Is there an interview he did?
The interview is on RUclips, but I didn't save it. What he says is that one of the reasons for his departure is the inefficient management of Nightwish. Some people refuse to work together or just work badly. That had already upset him during his time with Nightwish. If Nightwish rebuilds this management from scratch, then he would consider returning to Nightwish. Regardless of a return to Nightwish, that sounds reasonable.
@@markclements-bs3mb I suspect that Jukka is a special case because of chronic insomnia. Due to his health, he will not always be able to perform at full capacity. I don't know his current status. Management has grown over the years and this growth has obviously not been managed well enough. And Finns are not considered particularly communicative. They are not southern Europeans, where things will explode at some point, or Germans, who are notorious for their directness. No one will dare to address it properly. Marko could have given them an excuse.
I came to this reaction after your Ghost Love Score one, curious about why you seemed (to me) to be so apologetic. This is a great reaction so I cannot understand your comments at the start of that one. I like both Floor and Tarja. They're both great - different but great. Tarja+Marko is a very special combination.
Some trivia you might enjoy. The sound mixing and mastering for both Nightwish and Lovebites (who I know you like) are done by the same people. Mikko Karmila and Mika Jussila at Finnvox Studios in Finland.
Okay now this was a great reaction. Your GLS was great too, but this felt less... Floorced (Love Floor, not a hater but... fans of Floor can be... well... yeah). I would really love to see someone react to Nightwish's song "Escapist" again. It's Anette (Gen2) and studio but a hell of a lot of fun. Not saying you HAVE to because hey you could pick any song and it would be fun, but it's one that isn't done so much anymore. Anyway, regardless subbed. Having a lot of fun watching these and others. BTW, so many people, so many songs but I'll offer up my absolute favorites (not necessarily in order) 1. Escapist (Anette, studio) 2. Greatest Show on Earth (Floor, Wembley) 3. While Your Lips are Still Red (Marko, Live) 4. Dark Chest of Wonders (Tarja, Studio) Okay, well there's a start at least. Don't be afraid to go against the grain. The live's should obviously be heard for as many of these as possible, but it's fun to do live's from different singers for the same song to compare. Anyway, thanks for the great video!
their best kind of song ? wow, they have over 100 songs, not one song doubles another, most played live ... so i would say: go through all their era´s (main vocalists), and search yourself your favorite ... and i oracle it this way, every song would be your next favorite song a next song ? try "Beauty *OF* the Beast", live of course, it would be another 1st Era song with Tarja as main vocalist for the 2nd Main Vocalist i would say "Meadows of Heaven", "Amaranth" Music Video!!, and "Turn loose the Mermaids" lyric video for the actual, and last main vocalist, you should go for "Ghost Love Score" live Wacken 2013 (and this will hook you deeper than anything you´ve listened to!) have fun discovering Nightwish !
Hi Eric, greetings from Reading, UK Thank you for reacting to my favourite band 😊 As others will no doubt suggest, to get an idea of what symphonic metal is all about I would recommend the song "Ghost Love Score" from their Wacken 2013 show. There was an intimate gathering of 82,000 fans at that festival and the videography and sound was superb. It doesn't hurt that it is also in the top three most reacted to videos in RUclips history 😁😆
Hi there! Thanks for joining me! Looks like your suggestion is leading the charge, so definitley on the list for the next Nightwish song! P.S. IOn my other non YT life, one of my offices is in Reading...down there quite a bit!
Depends on, what kind of bate you can be caught with. There are maaaany different flavours. Possible that you are hooked with Shoemaker. Or with The Greatest Show On Earth. Or Song Of Myself. Maybe it's the standard-hook Ghost Love Score. Or two of my favourites: Weak Fantasy or 7 Days To The Wolves. Hard to tell without you describing what you are aiming for 🙂 But don't be afraid - it's hard to go wrong.
@Eric: It was Nightwish *lol* - you have no idea what you have done 😂. This one was with Tarja as a lead. 1st singer of NW and the queen of Metal. This performance was her last before she was fired. Floor is the current lead singer and the goddess valkyrie. Unbelievable voice (completely different) - and she can do everything. And ALWAYS the next NW song will be your best. A perfect one to start with Floor is "Ghost Love Score" Live from Wacken 2013. Most reacted NW song. AND you need to check out EPICA "Code of Life" AFAS live, too. Simone Simons (singer) is the siren of Metal. With theses three vocalists you hit the Top5 of the current female vocalists in Metal. And you've got Lovebites and Band Maid. Well done.
They're a great band. Unlike anything I normally listen to but varied and unique. Took me a while to get over my Anglo sense of cringe as they can be quite bombastic at times but it's all part of the journey. Great musicians delivering the goods live, and Floor quite simply has one of the sweetest and most natural voices to ever grace this rock of ours.
This is Tarja’s last concert with the band, but it’s one of my favorite shows! I recommend Sleeping Sun, Wishmaster, and Planet Hell from this same concert.
As you want to enjoy new music that you never came across, start diving into the very deep rabbit hole of Ayreon. You could start with the video The Day That The World Breaks Down, and then continue with unique live performances of Everybody Dies, Age of Shadows and Amazing Flight etc, etc.
Hello ,i apologize for all the awful and aggressive comments you got from some very Special and crazy" Fans "of the"nightwish' Army 🙏🙏 i liked your First reaction of Tarja -nightwish!!!!!! And Love both singers!!!!!🤘💓
To give you the best song by Nightwish is a fool's errand. You said it yourself that Phantom was a mishmash of a bunch of different genres or classifications. So many reactors go thru Nightwish's catalogue and says each song they hear is their next favorite song. With 3 different lead singers and many eras of their music (they have been around for 28 years), there is enough for everyone's taste. Please don't follow anyone's "list" and be another generic reactor. Find your own journey whether you post each song or not. Too many comments are from new fans of the band that only like Floor and not enough emphasis is done for the early catalogue featuring Tarja who was the lead singer you reacted to. Good luck in your journey!!!!
Enjoyed it, thank you. Pick almost any song from Wacken Open Air 2013. It was the first major venue with Floor Jansen on lead vocals. Nightwish Army will have a few hundred songs to react to. Welcome and enjoy the community. Be well.
They are from Finland so band is Nordic not Scandinavian. Check Floor Jansen in Nightwish too. Song"Your Empty Hope" would be good one. Greetings from Finland.
oh our general is all sayed but i wanna say dont show u short or something u have some issues we all have ... and i apolize 3nd language to me and really drunk ... but like ur reaction keep up great work just on intro i was like hmm.. i cant see it so why say it .. sorry
Thanks for the fun reaction. The bass player is Marko and you'll find his vocal talent is equal to that of his angelic lead singers. His harmonies with Floor are even better.. (I'm sure he could also give the Syphilitic koalas a run for their money)
Keyboard player, Tuomas, is the mastermind fyi, Nightwish eventually played The phantom again in 2022 with the current singer Floor Jansen who sang with Henk Porte ( who did play the phantom on stage for many years). Find it on the Nightwish channel. Very good as well, although imho the version with Floor and Henk in the Beste Zanger TV show is my favorite.
Welcome to Nightwish, oBly problem is, that is not Floor. This is Tarja singer number one. Floor is singer number 3. We dont really talk about singer 2.
Good reaction thanks this is not the best of nightwish Floor is a better singer in my opinion, Tuomas (keyboard player) creates these masterpieces, have fun on your nightwish journey and take care.

Just follow gabriels list - you can't fail.
Greetings from Germany
You are now at the precipice of the greatest rabbit hole on RUclips. I like that you switched it up from 99% of reaction channels and started with Tarja, as you delve deeper, you'll see a plethora of talent throughout the eras of Nightwish. I have to admit I started with Floor and worked my way backwards. But I must also say that Floor is the most vocally diverse of the three vocalists. Caught your Jinjer video first, but the Nightwish video got you the sub!
Nightwish Army, Arizona Division checking in. 🇺🇲🌵
Welcome to Nightwish, greetings from Colombia
Hi welcome to Nightwish. The keyboard player is the heart of Nightwish, the founder and the person who writes almost all of their music. Gabrielle will give you all the info, hope you stick around for more from this amazing band🇬🇧
Thanks for the info!
Nightwish army Texas here! Howdy😉🙂
Wassup Te-Hass? Or...is it just Hoss? lolololololol
OOH! I know "of" Alissa White-Gluz, she sang on "Distortion" with BABYMETAL!
@@Reactingtothespectrum you may wanna check that song out. It's a Tarja solo song. They sang it live together at Wacken 2016 .
Nightwish is phenomenal, particularly with Floor.
I really like you style of reaction 👌 keep it up 😁
Definitely have to listen to "Ghost love score" live at Waken
🤩👍💥💯🎼
"Kiitos!!" ( = Thank You!! ) in the end...
🤘😎💙🎶
...Gabriel´s guidance is an excellent way to check them out...
If you respect surprises, stick to Nightwish and be amazed time after time.
I was into this band in the late 90's and early 2000's. They have a lot of excellent stuff. Better late than never to discover their music, enjoy ! 🤘
Ahh, Nightwish! You're proceeding along a list of all of my favorite modern bands, I see 👍
That's beautiful encouragement!
So appreciated!!
NWArmy here, welcome and enjoy your ride into this amazing band 🎉. Greetings from Greece 💯🤘
Follow Gabriel. He's our new people conductor. I've followed the band since 300something and on my mid 60s. Gabriel was there about that time, too. He won't steer you wrong. Enjoy!
Greetings from Finland. 😊
I myself have a autistic son.
But have to say, Nightwish dont do bad songs.😅
Whis you chek music videos too.❣️
Greetings from Greece,I also have a autistic child 6 years old and I love Nightwish
@@yerviniansamvel Same age is my boy.🥰
Welcome Eric. Nightwish and The Warning are bands I discovered on you tube. Now in my favorites. Deep deep rabbit hole for Nightwish. Glad you are here.
I avoid assumptions, but Rush and Pink Floyd are my tops. If you don't know them well, go deep.
The bassist, Marko, is the source of the perfect harmonies. He as sung with all three Nightwish lead singers, and as a featured singer in many European bands. Always people are impressed at how great Marko and whoever sound together. Marko is a genius at harmonies.
Hola!! Me encantó tu reacción a nigtwish con Tarja..ya vas a entender jajaja saludos cynthia de Argentina
As a fellow autistic person its fun to see others discover nightwish too
Good Evening Eric.
@@kevingunning7569What would he be criticized for? I hope you’re not saying that there has to be a lost he follows. That would be ridiculous.
She is Tarja, the symphonic metal goddess. First singer and co founder from the band, and was her last concert.
Oh you’re in it now!
welcome to a new chapter of your musical journey :)
subbed
Thank you!!
So looking forward to seeing more of this!!
And now your journey begins. Great video to start with as I am a huge Tarja fan. You still have two vocalists to go and a ton of great music. Before you move on though you need to see Ghost Love Score from this same concert. Absolutely incredible. Enjoy!
Thanks for the tips!
Tarja is the one and only, also Marko. After these two there is no Nightwish for me. But... Tarja and Marko are making tour together right now. YES!!!❤️
First you need to know that they have had three main (female) singers, and that is obviously important for this kind of music.
* Tarja - fantastic opera singer, the one you heard
* Anette - not much to write home about
* Floor - fantastic singer with operatic capabilities, the current one.
Almost all reactions (except for this song) is for Floor. Ill give you a list of my favorites
* Ghost Love Score
* Romanticide
* Shudder before the beautiful - the one at Wembley Arena
* Song of Myself
* Storytime
* Yours is an empty hope - the one at Wembley Arena
Anette is more pop singer than Tarja Turunen or Floor Jansen. She is good in her style.
@@jroutasula5250 Yes, but Nightwish is not a pop band. So, a rather big mismatch.
@@rolandkarlsson7072Well, Floor sure didn’t help them sound like less of a pop band.
@@nicholew350 Have you listened to "Shudder before the beautiful" and "Yours is an empty hope" or even "Romanticide"?
@@rolandkarlsson7072 They took her band anyway.
Tarja remained successful even after her split from Nightwish:
Tarja "Undertaker" (Live in Milan)
Before joining Nightwish, bassist Marko Hietala had founded the heavy metal band Tarot together with his brother. The two are also the lead singers:
TAROT - Wings Of Darkness (OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO)
Unfortunately, he left the band in 2021 and now does prog metal. He is currently on tour with Tarja. He gives us hope of a return if Nightwish meets a (reasonable) condition:
MARKO HIETALA - Left On Mars (feat. Tarja Turunen) (OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO)
2012 was the disastrous year for Nightwish. The current single for the upcoming album:
Nightwish - Perfume Of The Timeless (OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO)
Other Symphonics:
Within Temptation - The Reckoning (feat. Amy Lee from Evanescence) live at the Worlds Collide Tour
VISIONS OF ATLANTIS - Tonight I'm Alive (Official Video) | Napalm Records
Epica - Sancta Terra (feat Floor Jansen) Live Retrospect show
Hi there. You say above "He gives us hope of a return if Nightwish meets a (reasonable) condition:". I haven't heard this. Can you please elaborate. Is there an interview he did?
@@Mischnikvideos Thank you for the response, but I don't understand, sorry. What is bs3mb?
The interview is on RUclips, but I didn't save it. What he says is that one of the reasons for his departure is the inefficient management of Nightwish. Some people refuse to work together or just work badly. That had already upset him during his time with Nightwish. If Nightwish rebuilds this management from scratch, then he would consider returning to Nightwish. Regardless of a return to Nightwish, that sounds reasonable.
@@Mischnikvideos Jukka is a part of the management. I wonder who he was referring to?
Anyway, thanks for the great video!
their best kind of song ? wow, they have over 100 songs, not one song doubles another, most played live ...
so i would say: go through all their era´s (main vocalists), and search yourself your favorite ...
and i oracle it this way, every song would be your next favorite song
a next song ? try "Beauty *OF* the Beast", live of course, it would be another 1st Era song with Tarja as main vocalist
for the 2nd Main Vocalist i would say "Meadows of Heaven", "Amaranth" Music Video!!, and "Turn loose the Mermaids" lyric video
for the actual, and last main vocalist, you should go for "Ghost Love Score" live Wacken 2013 (and this will hook you deeper than anything you´ve listened to!)
have fun discovering Nightwish !
Hi Eric, greetings from Reading, UK
Thank you for reacting to my favourite band 😊
As others will no doubt suggest, to get an idea of what symphonic metal is all about I would recommend the song "Ghost Love Score" from their Wacken 2013 show.
Hard to tell without you describing what you are aiming for 🙂
But don't be afraid - it's hard to go wrong.
Well done.
Tarja is also simply great 👍
They're a great band.
Well, there you go... my other top tier band ... First The Warning Now Nightwish now you've gotten into two deep rabbit holes of great music .... NICE
ok this is an old version with the first vocalist Tarja .... there is an very impressive version with Floor Jansen and Henk Port with nightwish
This is Tarja’s last concert with the band, but it’s one of my favorite shows! I recommend Sleeping Sun, Wishmaster, and Planet Hell from this same concert.
nightwish sister band Epica consign to oblivion live at the zenith paris
Subscribed! Please proceed with Nightwish, preferably by following more or les the hints of our general, Gabriel Bardac.
Thank you for joinging us!! I will certainly take another stab, as my glaring mistake has been pointed out...oopsie!!
Thanks. That does make me feel a whole lot better!
Go directly to Storytime live from Wacken to hear them at their best with Floor Jansen.
Jansen
👌👋🇫🇮
NOT PENNY'S BOAT
er
NOT FLOOR
This singer is not Floor Jansen! 🏴
Good but band has under gone several changes, mostly good.
oh our general is all sayed but i wanna say dont show u short or something u have some issues we all have ... and i apolize 3nd language to me and really drunk ... but like ur reaction keep up great work just on intro i was like hmm.. i cant see it so why say it .. sorry
"3nd language and really drunk"....We all can see it so why say it.....not sorry
There's more to come from Nightwish and Floor
I'm a Floor Jansen fan, not Tarja. This is 2005, & the day she was fired. Love Marco's version. Floor did it with NW in 2023.
Good reaction thanks this is not the best of nightwish Floor is a better singer in my opinion, Tuomas (keyboard player) creates these masterpieces, have fun on your nightwish journey and take care.
Not Floor not interested
Yeah...honestly, I had no idea at all... dunno who is what, it was my first listen! Glad to have so many people pointing me in the right direction, though!
Wrong one
The best version of this song, in my opinion.
