Dear Vanessa, I am so very grateful to you for showing us how to make these bubbles because I’m a new watercolor painter and I needed something that would relax me. I’m trying to teach my sister to how to paint and she’s going to love this too as much as I do wow could you do some more interesting ones like I’d like to learn how to do glass can you do a demonstration like maybe maybe, a vase? Have joy, Grace, in Vermont.
You are amazing!! I love your style and very light background music, where we can still hear you. And also you have a beautiful face & voice! - I’m glad someone recommended you in a FB group!
I haven't painted bubbles in ages, so I needed a refresher tutorial for the 9/7 30 days hath September challenge and yours, Vanessa, was just super. You provide wonderful and thorough explanations and I'm so excited to get some use out of my Daniel Smith Iridescent and Duochrome watercolors. Thanks so much for sharing your time and your talent! Also, as a side note, your eye makeup is absolutely beautiful, as are you! Blessings to you! P.S. I also just ordered the circle maker you listed in your materials. I didn't know such a great tool existed. This tool is so much better than the protractor I've been using! Thanks again. xx
Linda! Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and beautiful comment. I am so happy you found the tutorial helpful. That circle maker has saved my art more times than I can count! ☺️❤️
I love your voice and how you narrated the video. Some tutorials are so painful to listen to and try and follow! I'm trying to do tiny bubbles for a goldfish painting, but I think with a little practice, I'll get them mastered. Thanks so much for posting!
It's so cool that you make your own paints! Living the dream haha. I followed techniques from your tutorial to make a painting for my boyfriend for our anniversary, thank you!
Beautiful.... this looks so fun!!! Hope to play with some bubbles soon. But today birthday party prep and tomorrow birthday party trip with shopping and ice skating (not me... I will be watching lol)😘
Vanessa, I feel like I made my background too dark for any color to show up on. I don’t have anything shimmery, except for some gold acrylic. What suggestions do you have?
Use white instead of color. Make the edges brighter and water down the white considerably in the places where you see color. Use various shades of the white give it some dimension (some spots darker than others) and add the gold as subtle reflection. Hope that helps!
Great!👍
I like your paintings, and I like you 😍
You are so bright in explanation , your videos are easy to understand, and your voice is soothing. Apreciat your work
