though it's 10 years old, this video still captures that part of Georgia and NC so well. What a great place to ride!

I have subscribed to RoadRUNNER for several years and really enjoy it. This video of the ride on the Blue Ridge parkway brought back memories of when my wife and another couple rode the Skyline Drive and the BR parkway a few years ago. Really had a good time EXCEPT for dense fog at times. Couldn't see through the windshield and had to stand on the foot pegs to see the road ahead! Hope you will have more videos of other rides in the future ! J. Kendall Benzing

This was awesome to watch. Big fan of the magazine and the Shamrock Tours. Getting to see the video of all the cool places to stop and people to meet was truly a bonus. Hope you do more of them.

This is unbelievable, I had seen the advertisements - several years ago - where RoadRUNNER had a couple of DVDs about some of the tours you rode on. Now to my complete surprise, I have found you on RUclips. I have watched a couple of your tours now and I had to subscribe. I used to subscribe to your excellent magazine, but because of financial issues, I had to let that go. As soon as we get those big bills out of the way, I promise to get my subscription going again. Since I am a fiction novel writer - unpublished - I want to try my hand at travel writing. After watching your video's, I now have a pretty good idea what to look for and how to present the articles I intend to write and submit - hopefully for publication.

To Be Clear... First off this is an excellent video. And the tour covers some really great roads. So i do not mean to criticize any of that. But this is NOT the smokies. I have ridden this area for decades, living near (much closer) the smokies the whole while. I want to make sure that viewers know that none of the routes ridden in this video are in the Smokies. Despite the claims, you cannot see the smokies from any of these routes. You are NOT riding in the Smokies. All of these are in northern Georgia and just across the North Carolina border.. Loosely, one could claim they are in the Appalachians, which ALSO include the Smokies. Again, don't get me wrong, these are all fantastic roads and definitely worth riding, but not the Smokies. The Smokies are about 50 to 100 miles north of there and are entirely different routes/roads. Looks like Shamrock does a nice job and based out of Helen, GA it is very convenient and central to several days of great riding. Nice job guys.
