After posting this video I realised that I cut off a few seconds from the beginning of the original clip, so Tako actually says "Its been a long time since I've had a new song request list" instead of "I have a new song request list", but since it doesnt affect the overall video that much i didnt want to reupload it.
01:23 After becoming more familiar with bilibili, I now realize that 人气 isn't just the number of people in the stream, but is calculated using some complicated combination of number of current viewers, stream time, number of subscribers/fans, number and type of gifts received and more. So the number Tako said doesn't equal to the number of viewers exactly.
07:22 Also not sure if I've translated this term correctly, but according to my online research and from the context of this video I think that's what it means
