Yeah, the chord/root notes progression in the chorus part (2:17) in particular does sounds like the usual chord progression used in a lot of J-pop and J-rock songs (the chorus parts in "unravel" by TK from Ling tosite sigure, for example has the same progression like this)

It's a pretty bullshit argument tbh, and well I can certanly say that music IS at least in a way be influenced by artists like these, even in mainstream pop and such we've got great muscicians behind the stars making amazing live shows and arranging their music in a way that is pretty rich.

yes well Germany has a medical system so people there can get there needs met, so life is good for them. The US is the only developed country without a medical system. Effin sucks if you need an operation and can not get it. I know of a US synth guy who killed himself because he could no longer walk, was in great pain and "could not pay for the operation." And it was basic stuff, too. IF you do not pay the for-profit insurance extortion fee you do not get an appointment. About all you can do is see an assistant. Well that's not medical care. USA is barbaric greedy place feeds on its own people, caste system make the few rich, corporatist system.

I am not sure if Luis or Genevieve were influenced by Zappa, but their music sounds innovative, avant-gard, very creative and they seem to not care if people will like or not, they do it because they are real musicians, and that´s why this song made me remember of Frank Zappa.

Without a doubt the best Louis Cole/Knower song and performance I've heard! He really should do a video game soundtrack, or anime opening song, would fit him so good!
