Love those sea biscuits. It was a toss up for this wkend to go to Holden or Edisto. As usual Edisto wins. Hope I have some good luck there. Great sharks tooth. I have jars full of them mostly found at Myrtle Beach in my younger days.

I've heard Edisto is loaded with shells, I hope you find tons of awesome stuff! Thanks so much for watching and commenting :)

The sea biscuits may be common, but I still love them!! Wish they were near here too. Great haul today and your first shark tooth is definitely an awesome one!

Holden was the first beach I visited that seems to regularly produce shark teeth. I never found them in SWFL or the southern OBX area where I've shelled before. I agree the sea biscuits are awesome! Thanks so much for watching and commenting :)

You can find that exact looking tooth in the Kansas Chalk formations among other shark types

I love the sea biscuits!!! Congratulations on the shark’s tooth! I have only found one in all my years of shelling and I live on the east coast of Fl where people find them all the time but for some reason I’m just not tuned to find them. 😂🤗🐚🐚🐚🐚

Thank you so much! Shark teeth tend to be quite localized. Some places they're all over and others they're nowhere to be found. Some areas of the east coast ie the SC/NC border vicinity are apparently quite productive.

You aren’t centering many of the shells at the beginning.

I definitely pick up broken shells If I've never found an intact one of that kind, LOL. Also for those who do arts and craft projects, the broken shells are super useful!

🐞Do you clean those biscuits in hydrogen peroxide and then coat them with Elmer’s glue. 🐞

I have not yet tried to clean my sea biscuits at all but I'll certainly try. I think bleach + mineral oil could work very well too but again I haven't tested anything yet. Thanks for watching! :)
