    A little detail that's easy to miss is Robert finding the man's sister Marta at the end was actually Susan. It was the last question he asked her before she died. 08:00 Susan's last kind act was not finding the painting like we thought, but actually finding his sister after 60 years apart. It's one of my favorite endings in a movie!

    Flour hanging around in the air is extremely combustible and an explosion hazard that's why the explosion was greater than you would have thought...once ignited

      I didn't realize that, thanks for sharing! :) Look at me getting educated from a Equalizer film. Haha. Last film taught me that Honey can be used on wounds. Haha.

      Technically any powder can be combustible. The finer the powder the bigger the effects

      Yeah, flour mills have to take precautions and limit where sparks or naked flames are, or else you get a flash explosion like in this

      So was the majority of the talk with Miles. Lil Yummy was an 11 yr old killer from Chicago who was executed along with his 13 yr old sister, who was an honor student, by the same gang who forced him to kill. Even Anquan Fuqua didn't know who Lil Yummy was until after the scene.

    I know I am four months late, but there's some throwaway lines Miles said that kinda explains why he got out of the hidden safe room so quickly. He did tell Robert that he doesn't do well in small spaces, and even said that being there made him feel like he couldn't breathe, and his lungs felt they were closing up.
    It's still not a 100% convincing reason, of course, but I appreciate that they at least tried a little to explain his "dumb" decision. 😂

    The first one had great moments but the main mission of this one was just incredible. I can't say I like it more because they are really different.
    Your reaction was spot on. The first time you watch it you have no idea who the bad guys are.
    I think we're all waiting on three.
    As we say in Texas; y'all be safe.

    EQ2.
    Another kick-a** sequel.
    It just never ceases to amaze in having one of the great actors of all time in a well-honed action thriller.
    I liked how this one was a little more closer, more personal for McCall.
    Betrayal has a way of bringing out the worse in people.
    But you don't just think that with McCall, you'll get away with it.
    Bigger, better action sequences.
    Especially the fight inside of his car and the battle within the storm in his old neighborhood.
    EQ2 as Denzel's first sequel outgrossed EQ1.
    I saw EQ3 twice at AMC (Dolby Cinema & IMAX).
    You will not be disappointed.

    Having youre extra magazines on your chest allows for faster reloading

      @NewfieMovieReactions  11 месяцев назад

      Oh for sure, but what happens if you take a shot to your chest with all the extra magazines since it is your center mass and biggest target? :)

    • @phil-1115
      @phil-1115 11 месяцев назад

      @@NewfieMovieReactions, Hollywood teaches people a lot of stuff that just isn't true. Their favorite is shooting into a gas tank of a car and the car exploding. That would be very unlikely in real life. Remember, that bullet is just a piece of lead flying though the air. The only way a bullet would set off a flammable liquid is if it is a tracer round. They proved this on Mythbusters by shooting into a half full fuel tank and it wouldn't ignite until they used a tracer round. The same concept for a piece of lead impacting another bullet. It might crush the round and obviously make it and the magazine unusable, but it isn't going to make the round go off unless it actually hit the primer on the back. If anything, the magazines on your chest would actually offer more protection for you.

    • @thealphastrain101
      @thealphastrain101 11 месяцев назад

      @@NewfieMovieReactions Well, considering how the magazines are placed inside the vest, the bullets are facing sideways. The fast and hard hit of the firing pin hits the shell casing to start the ignition of the gunpowder that then propels the bullet out of the casing. If the bullet got shot, it's likely nothing would happen. Just like if you cut a shotgun shell... nada.

    Why do people compare Wick with McCall? Wick a villain a assassin for the Mob. It's bad guys killing bad guys. McCall ex Military OPP, who helps innocent people who can't help themselves. Good guy killing bad guys.
    They are nothing alike.
