If i’m not wrong, heart attacks doesn’t have much to do with one’s immunity. They are mostly a result of over consumption and other factors like smoking, unhealthy diet, obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and genes.
His argument seems to be against over cleanliness i.e. sheltering your body to the extent where you don’t get to develop any kind of natural immunity which our bodies automatically do otherwise.
His case is very similar to how vaccinations work, where the disease causing organism is artificially introduced to out bodies in a controlled environment so that our bodies can develop immunity against it.
I recall reading something about how many schools in Japan actually having a curriculum where kids are allowed to play in the mud to develop their natural immunity. And Japan being listed in the top 5 healthiest countries in the world in pretty much everywhere and having the largest number of population over 100. these practices seem to be working.
I can see why George would be pissed considering US not even making to top 30 despite being amongst the richest countries and having ample resources. Infact the situation is actually getting worse with every year.
That is true about heart attacks but the actual result of his death was labeled as heart disease. He had over 3 heart attacks previously. Basically one for each decade between the 70s and 90s. Very interesting stuff about Japan cool! Yeah American healthcare is unfortunately so out of wack and so much money is going into the wrong pockets. Need to figure out public health care!!! It works up here in Canada :)

I have not had a flu shot in four years and I still haven't caught it not to say people shouldn't take the shot but after a while at least for me my body has built up what seems to be permanent influenza antibodies because after fours years they are still here now it could mean that I have gotten it and just fought it out but haven't had any flu symptoms in more than four years I get colds all the time though like three times a years it's annoying

He would have said to get vaccinated. Vaccinations boost your immune system which he is in favor of based on this video where he talks about having a good immune system. Vaccines don't just magically protect you, they introduce things to your immune system to strengthen in.

DuBstep115 medical books written by mainstream doctors and mainstream scientists that support the mainstream facts and theories made by the system. Becuase those people aren't allowed to think or learn anything different from what the system wants or else they wouldn't get any funding. Sounds pretty trustworthy. The same system that intentionally provided people the wrong food pyramid for decades. The same mainstream doctors in the 1930s or was it 20s that promoted cigarette smoking as being healthy? I will pass.
@@stilljagi4768 Lung cancer spiked in the 40s because they was no clear connection between it and cigarettes. You would know this that you need long term data to determine side effects in studies.

George's heart attacks can be directly attributed to being a lifelong alcoholic with a serious cocaine problem. That's why he had heart attacks starting in his 40s. He did lots of damage to himself.
