I'm a Japanese high school student in Tokyo and glad to see your friendly comments. Hinohara looks like rural area with a lot of fields and orchards, though Hinohara is a part of Tokyo. I guess your image of Tokyo is like metropolis with bunches of skyscraper, but don't forget that there's a lot of nature like in this video. Well so what I want to say is "If you come to Japan, you should feel rural atmosphere too!". I want to see you all after Covid-19's over, I'm so looking forward to that! :)
been to japan two times and i don't even scratch any surface, there's more to see especially the rural area (leaving japan always make me cry at the airport too)... looking forward for another japan trip soon, hopefully after everything get better :))
When I'm feeling lonely or isolated, your urban videos are my go-to. But when I'm overwhelmed, it's ones like these I watch. Thank you for having videos of all types.
I know we have places similar to this here in the US, but Japan has such a unique atmosphere. I feel transported by videos like this. This one might be my favorite one yet.
What a wonderful walk this is. I love the geography of Japan and how they lay their towns out. Those cobbled retaining walls are distinctly Japanese. And those forests are just teaming with life, just listen!
I love these videos in rural areas / forests in Japan, my mind goes back to the Edo Era and I keep imagining samurai who have gone through similar places, thank you for your content, they are great!
I keep coming back to this walk; it's become one of my favourites. By now I feel confident enough I'd not get lost in Hinohara. But I'd also check out some of the paths not taken. It would have been a very "surreal" experience to get to go there having seen this so many times. Hopefully I shall get a chance in this life. Thank you for your work.
Pure nature and crystalline flowing waters everywhere, those hills so well cut out of different shades of emerald green, that beautiful, dense and exuberant forest ... those obtuse, beautiful and perfect roofs, the stillness is broken only by the creaking of cicadas. . those magnificens streams that the thaw creates... and you Dear Rambalac are the lonely captor of these beautiful landscape, you are our eyes in that beautiful place across the great distance, with your inseparable collaborator, who now rarely shows her in the mirrors of the paths. Thank you so much for allowing us beautiful walks that many of us would not be able to do if not for you! Grateful and cordial greetings, blessings for you from far away Argentina :-)
Oh man, I've heard generally speaking South America isn't the best place to live. I hope you are doing fine and live in a better neighborhood, also you are very good at writing it seems. Maybe you should consider doing it more!
@@Мокоччи South America is beautiful. We still have a long way to go, but it's definitely a worthy place to come! In Colombia we have crystal rivers and villages; Ecuador is a dream and I'm sure every country has its magic. The only problem with our continent is the developed countries exploiting our lands and drying our water sources, and destroying the Amazonas forest :)
@@cinthia9820 I understand. Though no offense but I've seen so many bad news come out from South American continent, such as Mexican cartel beheadings, Brazilian favellas ridden with crime to the brim, El Salvador's murderous streaks out in the broad light, Venezuelan inflation, to the point of money being less cheap than simple toilet paper. Argentinian 2018 crisis. I do believe that SA has lots of potential, but from what I've seen I can say that at the moment it's one of the least places I'd want to go to. Maybe except for little Japan in Brazil but that's about it.
I really love the background noise made by animals and nature. It's so calming and relaxing when watching the video. I really love the landscape and the greenery. Defitnitely will visit Japan some day🥰😍
Hello, thank you for your videos. I watch them often, it gives me the impression of walking in the streets of Japan because it is my dream to come and visit it. I hope you will continue to share your videos with us. Alan from France
Makes me miss home.. but thank YOU for showing the world the real Tokyo with actual nature not just neons! Next time I go back home, I'll definitely go to Hinohara mura:) Can't wait!
These videos are so relaxing and peaceful. Sometimes I watch them when I have trouble sleeping and they're always really calming. Not to mention the scenery is always beautiful. I love them
Dude I know we went back and forth a little about covid on surfaces, but I wanted you to know you make the best walking videos on RUclips! There isn’t even a close second. Brilliant work!
Always fascinated by your videos Rambalac! This wandering around countryside is totally immersive with a big screen and headphones. Absolutely love it 😻 I cannot really do this myself as much as I want to anymore so this allows me to do it vicariously 👍🏼
Reminds me of my daily walks in Fujinomiya seeing Mt. Fuji everyday, cold winter, little to no people around, a few cars passing by makes me forget the hustle and bustle of city life.
Japan is so much more than sushi or Bushido or Aikido and other martial arts. It has a flavor of future ... from all the different kinds of cultures the japanese is the most fascinating and breathtaking. They represent what the deepest kind of understanding for life, nature and humanity means. Or maybe it's just my understanding of what I sense ... anyways. i want to thank you for walking around and posting videos of japan. It keeps me going and reminds me that the world is more than just a few steps away from home! I could even speak more of the impressions I have gotten in the past and present but I think it's enough ... I will keep on making my dream real - stepping foot on this beautiful island.
A beautiful, peaceful, Japanese small town. While Japanese people are leaving the small towns for the big cities, I would do the opposite. I would love to leave my big American city for a quiet Japanese town
I like those touristy picturesque places in Japan, but I prefer rural areas "Inaka" more. I enjoyed this virtual walk tremendously. Always glad to see that you choose green tea over sugary sodas. The stream around 56:00 is very peaceful, especially with my headphones it feels so real! By the way, throughout this walk, I could identify at least 4 species of cicadas! Cheers!
Such a beautiful little river! There were many nice views, but the view while standing on the river bank near the end was my favorite. Thanks so much for taking the little obscure paths. What a beautiful place.
Even the dead ends are beautiful. The boys in the river reminds me of my boy hood drifting down the Bogue Chitto River, stopping and eating mulberries and catching snakes in the kudzu. Thanks for a great walk. Blessings.
Thanks for your video. Few could believe this village is in Tokyo. A parking area in front of the bus stop in the very beginning of your video is one of my break points for short road bike touring on way to Mitousan Sanso from my home.
Back again to watch this for 2 times , coz I’m really love nature vibe this rural make me so calm, cold and fresh. I want to be there someday enjoying coffe, smoke and listen cicada sound ahh once again thank you for upload this video mr ram
Returning to Hinohara, this simple and rustic place, surrounded by beautiful mountains where Nature is still untouched and wonderful. 54:02 I noted that the stairs leading to the river were cleaned, in your video 2 years ago it was more abandoned and a little more dangerous to go down because of the slime. This place enchanted me a lot! Congratulations on your work, Rambalac!
🤗👍Beautiful scenery that culture inspired by bountiful nature.🌱🌲🌳🌴🌵🌿☘🍀🍃A countryside shrine of historical attractions ⛩Whispers of surrounding sounds melodic.🌬Pausing of river streams currents ,a comfort feel for viewing.🏞A short bus ride that offers a splendid sights.🥳😘
Yay another upload , love the walks in Japan , this is really lucky for me as we can't go there now so your the best channel for a view into Japan. I hope you understand and keep it up. 😊
Glad you came back there. Ever since you done your video of Tokyo Hinohara village in 2018, it was my favorite video on your channel. After seeing this version, it's my new no.1 top choice to see. 8^)
What a shame that you could not go over that hanging bridge but I love how everything is so lush and full of sounds and all the stairs and paths and different levels and foundation of rocks making up roads and places for houses and all of it!!!
I am addicted to your channel, though I am having fever, that doesn't not prevent in watching your channel which is a great stress reliever, our prayers for your massive growth in all aspects of life,

your comment was super sweet to read, you sound like a lovely person and make me feel very welcomed whenever i'm able to come to japan
Unbelievable! Hinohara is a part of Tokyo prefecture. I thought it's somewhere else in Kyoto or Nara
been to japan two times and i don't even scratch any surface, there's more to see especially the rural area (leaving japan always make me cry at the airport too)... looking forward for another japan trip soon, hopefully after everything get better :))
Thank you so much for your comment :) I've been to Japan two times, I cannot wait to back again!
The background sound of summer insects makes me calm and nervous at the same time.
An indian mate😃
Did you watch higurashi or something?
Ah , I love the sight and calmness of country side. Never a city person myself.
When I'm feeling lonely or isolated, your urban videos are my go-to. But when I'm overwhelmed, it's ones like these I watch. Thank you for having videos of all types.

It reminded me a lot of West Virginia, but definitely not of this continent. Really relaxing!
Yeah, it reminded me of places I grew up in North Georgia and a park I used to love in Indiana called Clifty Falls.
What a wonderful walk this is. I love the geography of Japan and how they lay their towns out. Those cobbled retaining walls are distinctly Japanese. And those forests are just teaming with life, just listen!
How soothing! As someone who grew up in New York City, this is something out of a dream. Ramble on, Ramblers!
Just stunningly beautiful. I love your work, thank you so much for producing and releasing such gorgeous videos.

Thanks, your walks are like a "pain killer" for my depression.
I love this. So peaceful. Another RUclipsr would have ruined it with music. Sure, we could mute the video but we'd miss out on the natural sounds.
i love Japan, everything is so cool especially the culture and cuisine. hopefully i'll visit soon 🇯🇵🇯🇵
Lol I love how you saw that huge spider web at the beginning and ducked under it.
This place is so captivating to me. It's just beautiful. So far this is my favorite place you have walked through. Thank you for sharing!

The cicadas, the kids in the river ... love that late summer feeling.

Ever since I saw this small town in Rain playlist, it became my favourite! Thank you so much Rambalac!
It makes me feel relaxed and calm. Thanks for posting this.
Beautiful. A lot of green, with rain it would be perfect for me.

Me too
This place is fantastically beautiful
Pintó caminata por Hinohara? (?
Nothing beats nature for me. I would love to visit a place like this someday. Thank you for sharing Rambalac, great video!
I fell asleep while listening to the River flows and the insects. it's so calming...

at least 4 species of cicadas → one of them is rare in the center of Tokyo
Such a beautiful little river! There were many nice views, but the view while standing on the river bank near the end was my favorite. Thanks so much for taking the little obscure paths. What a beautiful place.
So many started doing what you do but you’re still the best.
Got to say i love these videos. Esp a nice break from all the other stuff on RUclips.
This place is so rural and lovely. It's peaceful and love to see people there living their lives.
Even the dead ends are beautiful. The boys in the river reminds me of my boy hood drifting down the Bogue Chitto River, stopping and eating mulberries and catching snakes in the kudzu. Thanks for a great walk. Blessings.
