I'm really touched by a few things in this podcast:
1.Submitting to a man that is wrong for you and how do you fix that?
2.Nature and Nurture is deep and having to removing nature and nurturing what you should in what you should.
3 God is going to hurt you and he won't build on a bad foundation but he fixes the foundation first.
4.Using your history to defend your nonsense is hard to work on
5.People not wanting to unlearn things to grow.
I'm not a podcast person but I'm really willing to follow this one and hopefully will help me grow as well in a good way.

There’s a psychological explanation to the whole thing of “weaponising your behaviour/experience”….Psychology such behaviour could stem from a concept called "learned behavior" or "intergenerational transmission." Essentially, individuals may replicate patterns of behavior they observed in their parents or caregivers, even if they recognize those behaviors as harmful. This can happen for various reasons, including subconscious influence, emotional attachment, or a lack of alternative models for healthy behaviour (which can be a justification to their behaviour) however, they then have the responsibility to take accountability because they know how harmful the act is & therapy or self-reflection is advised to help individuals break these patterns and develop healthier ways of interacting with others. However this can only happen if the person acknowledges this and wants to act on it (touching on Mami’s point of “you cheat because you want to)

This was one of my favorites. I just love the idea of a group of people expressing their opinions and also in part learning from each other. 59:32 this is funny now that I’m over it but God made me leave my long term relationship and it didn’t make sense back then. I had to learn how to submit to the will of God and not to my worldly desires, as Lebo said “people need to learn the ability to unlearn” having to unlearn a habit you have been exposed to almost all your life is not easy but worth it.
