Thank you for today's breathing control session. I love the anxiety when you cover my nose with my mouth taped shut. watching the time go by on the clock and smiling... hold on for another 9,8,7..... sometimes you let me take a deep breath, sometimes it's just a second gulp of air. breathing exhaled air was a mega extreme experience. Latex cap on the face and increasing pace of breathing..... I'm afraid of what you will come up with when monitoring your breathing in the bathtub (breath sharing :) I know that you have been going away since June. Maybe you have/know someone who can continue your exercises?
No ha pasado a nadie, estos ejercicios en seco son safe, pero nunca debarías empujar tus limites hasta desmayarte. Deberías ir mejorando tus marcas poco a poco, conociendo tu cuerpo. Cualquier cosa, si quieres hacer una maxima, ten un buddy contigo que te esta cuidando, o haz el ejercicio sin nose clip and don't push it too much :)
Hi Jessie! As it's highlighted in the video, the idea of this exercise is that it can be easily adjusted to personal levels. You can start at 15 seconds, going up with the breath hold times little by little, ie. by 5-10-15 seconds in each round, doing as many rounds as you need, and only until you still feel comfortable and in control, and most importantly enjoying it! :) Any question or comment is welcome!

I make the same training, it is very useful, what is your best record on static?, mine is 4 minutes and 35seconds.
It looked like Ericka didn‘t want to stop... I just barely made it.😯
Actually her battery died, so she didnt knew it was time to leave lol
Si tengo la nariz con un clip y me desmayo, me puedo morir?

Looks like it's too easy for you. And way too hard for me. Just two breaths? And still get to a two minute breathhold? Forget it...
