Nice video. There is an awesome shortcut to tire change on the S18 which makes it the most simple wheel for this operation : instead of undoing the whole assembly just drill a small hole in the shell to let you access the lower left motor cable cover screw with the suspension fully disabled. Then you can detach the motor cable and take out the wheel.
I am aware of it, I wanted to do some inside cleaning and maintenance after 5k miles, it was due lol. It is always good idea to open and check your wheel inside and clean after every time your tire is worn off. Worn off tire most probably means you done enough miles for proper check up of your wheel.
Having just done a tire change, this was fun to watch. Well done! Took me most of the day and I got a local bike shop to put on the new tire + inner tube. Those pedals look nice. Which ones are they? Could be wrong but at the end, it looks like the right side pedal is set higher than the left?
Wow nice, what tire did you put? Putting the tire into the rim was actually easier than I thought, I was worried about this bit too, but went in just nicely. I struggled with the alignment of the wheel, first, the tire won't bead/sit properly, then the spacers between rob won't give me the center position. But in the end, all sorted. You might be right about the pedals, I will check it again tonight lol.
