My Khmer wife and I, now in NZ, eat everything from mango, to apple, to strawberries, to mandarins, to pears (all green if we can) dipped in salt, chilli, and some chicken stock. Never gets old.
This reminded me of my childhood as I got a few Riels for the morning class and the afternoon class. They even had the 50 cent coins then so the average snack was around 50 cents to one riel the most. That was way back in the 60s. It seems just like yesterday. Be kind, be cool, and don't comb your hair!

Lemmy has been the adorn icon of Cambodian truck and tuktuk drivers. I've spotted a few in town as well. #LemmyLives
Mango 🥭 yum
Street food around schools and factories are super cheap.
That was fried chicken nugget, it was bot not pizza and 5000r is overpriced for a mango tbh.
Glad you enjoy 👍
You’re supposed to dip the mango into the salt.
😋
I think that's MSG you're eating - no shrimps involved 😂
There was definitely shrimp in it. I saw the package and it said shrimp in Vietnamese.
Why mean to the dog :(
I was joking. The dog doesn't understand me.
@@itchyfeetonthecheap😂
I am surprised it is more expensive than in Thailand
