Hello Davey. I shoot video occasionally and don't want to get caught in a complex workflow. I shoot ProRes LOG 4K 60P with iPhone 15 Pro. I use a cheap Ulanzi rig ($20) with a USB-C 3 hub into which I plug a Shure MV88+ mic and a SanDisk 1TB Extreme Pro drive I bought several years ago. Works great. In Premiere Pro I apply the free Freelab LUT which I love, as it gets me 95% of the way to what I want. A few basic color tweaks in Premiere, then export to a vastly smaller file format. It's a simple workflow that works great.
