So I love this pump. How ever I don’t like that it’s not as tight as when I bought it. It leaks a lot. I wish I could figure out how to make the silicone Falange a bit tighter like it was when I first bought it.
Hmmm I haven’t noticed mine doing that and I use it often. It could be a defect. I would contact momcozy and ask about it.
Mine leaks as well and when I tried to contact the company they never responded!

What's the best way to sanitize the parts? I have one on the way and read that high heat water can melt the parts?
Hi this is a great question so I’ve used these parts in both my steam sterilizer and my UV sterilizer and I’ve never noticed any issues with the plastic warping I just scrub and clean all the parts and then rinse them and put them in my steam sterilizer and I’ve never noticed any warping with them.
I'm having issues with it not suctioning as well. I've replaced the duckbill and the diaphragm but it's still not working the same as it used to. Any advice on troubleshooting?
Dang that stinks sorry I didn’t respond some of these comments don’t show up but I would try contacting them on Instagram they have a pretty quick customer service rep there they should be able to help you but I have had issues with this and it was because I didn’t have the plastic ring that’s at the bottom of the actual pumping mechanism plastic ring head like falling out so the suction for some reason like wasn’t working but I would definitely try contacting their customer service
I bought this pump a few weeks ago but it doesn't sanction as much. I get about 4oz with my other pumps but only get 2oz from using this pump.
Hmmmm did you make sure everything is nice and tight? Check the motor it could be defective.

I'm thinking of getting a momcozy not sure of s9 or s12 but for the inserts since I'm a 17mm for medela and freemie cups do I use 17 or use 19mm insert for this pumps
So for this pump they do sell a 15 mm a 17 mm and I think a 19 mm insert but you have to use the 24 mm flange in order to use those inserts they sell them on Amazon you can just search them in the search bar and I feel like they’re only about like $10 it’s not too bad but the inserts are really really nice they’re comfortable I think you can also get inserts that would fit on the Maymom website
Do you know why it doesn’t have the momcozy logo I ordered one and mine came exactly without the logo so I sent it back thinking it was wrong

I’ve been hearing good things about this pump , I’m wondering how many ounces it actually holds because my pump sessions are usually 8 ounces per boob and I’m wondering if I would have to stop and dump and start again. I’m currently using my medela pump in style with max flow and it empties me really good , it’s just so bulky to carry with me on the go.
I would say it can hold at least 6 ounces, probably more. Definitely holds more the 4 ounces like the elvie
@@KimberlyAnn I had the elvie and had to stop and empty and start again , I hated it so much because it was time consuming and it didn’t empty like my other one so I sold it . I’m hoping this one will give me better output because being a mom of 7 and constantly on the go this would be so much more convenient that my medela.

The inserts are to make the flange size smaller. You have to buy then. Amazon has them!

Darn! You have to make sure the whole thing is sealed. It can leak out if it’s tipped to much.
