  • This video is all about the Spectra S1 and S2 Breast Pump. If you are breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed but will be going back to work, I would HIGHLY recommend this pump. It is adjustable, so you can change the suction strength as well as speed. This makes the entire experience way more comfortable than the one I got through my insurance. I did find that it was a bit complicated and overwhelming at first, so I thought I would walk you through how I use mine, and some tips I've picked up along the way!

    Hands Free Pumping Bra: amzn.to/2JLUtZQ
Spectra S2 Breastpump (needs to be plugged in): amzn.to/2vckChn

If you have any questions about how to use the pump or anything else just let me know! Its been my lifesaver for 8 months now

My insrance gives me the choice of 2 pumps free (one being medela and the other being a pump I've never heard of) and then they give you an option of "premium pumps" where they have a wide selection and some have a bunch of different extras with it. The most expensive one is the medela pump in style which I don't recommend at all. That one broke on me within the first month of use. Medela is also not a closed system so that's something to look for. I'm getting my pump through insurance with the extras and I'll only pay $110.
