My childhood food 😋. Remind of my dad used to buy for our supper. Nowadays hardly eat at their stall as too many ppl queuing for their food.
Howz the taste of the Sin Chew Fried Beehon? Looks to me still many spots not kena sauce or properly fried. Still white color

tasted this stall fries since i was just a teenager some 50years ago, original location was near Klang'sTabung Haji building (+-400m from current location), the father fried mee taste better than his son.. haven't being there for more than 3 years..
I prefer this over the super famous shop. White fried beehoon, garlic fried pork and steamed lala must order.

OMG, these older folks so hardworking and still have plenty of energy. They seemed to have more energy than those lazy bums in their 20s. What a big difference. Truly their generation knows all about hard work and honest way to earn a living.
Their steam clams (lala) tastes very very similar to new boston’s

You can always tell when a family has been doing something for a long time, they work like a well oiled machine. I love Grandpa, "whether it tastes good or not is another matter, but I take my noodle frying very seriously"
