Is it halal ?
Oh is not halal 😭
Hmm,,,

Auntie is the most hardworking of the lot, carrying heavy pails of water & chicken, at her age...
Yes, but they should improve certain things. It could be a simple piping change and they could have water nearby the wok. This is a daily operation, so any improvement in operation helps.
Does anyone notice that aged lady.. working .carrying those heavy cooked chicken? Wish for her God will give her more strength and power.. and the owner will acknowledge her hardwork..salute to her..
I was thinking the exact same thing! God bless! She needs a raise!!
Yaa btol.... Patut laki ler ankat... Haiyaaa
I noticed too, and feel for her back. The tall, younger man was stirring while the shorter woman was having to swing the heavy pan up onto the table. Hard workers in Korea. Food looks delicious!
This is Malaysia...
I am pretty sure she would ask if needed help. Most Asian aunties have distrust nature and prefer to do it themselves.
Seeing commercial kitchens like this is always very interesting. Love seeing how the cooking process scales up.
I went to a commercial kitchen supply store once and it was mad. They have 4 1/2 foot tall whisks. They had an immersion blender there that broke down into a tool chest but put together it was as big as a jackhammer.
Auntie did all the hardwork, and most all the work! and the guys were all like wood!
Older woman looks like she’s working the hardest…..❤
I like how they keep it nice and clean always a clean place to cook around is a must. That Little lady is one hard worker
Nice video, but I could never understand what's the idea of stuffing things inside bread if you can't really eat it directly and if the stuffing doesn't impart flavour to the bread. This dish would work just as easily with a regular loaf of bread and chicken and potato curry.
Yea. I was wondering about that too.
Gimmick so people buy la
Hmm, it might be a remake version of a Chinese dish - pauper chicken.
In Chinese version, the outer layer is mud. Basically mud-baked chicken.
Here chicken is the filling and bread was used as covering to steam/baked the chicken.
It's a feast for the eyes, not just the stomach.
If you went to a restaurant selling curry chicken and a loaf of bread it would be considered TACKY. Please, it’s the aesthetics of it all…and how hard is is to take a piece of the bread and dip in the sauce. This is unique idea.
All fine! Looks yum but what about the materials used to pack the curry? Are they all food grade and do they not release any chemicals into the food when heated? Is there a guarantee that they will not cause cancer in the long term?
I love to see different foods and techniques from around the world. The production is precision and has obviously been perfected from years of practice. And, the buns must be delicious or they would not have so many customers. Great business and great video.
that chicken was raw 🤢💀
@@jasonvoorhees5640 Yea, before they cooked it. Like all chicken.
@@jasonvoorhees5640 Are you stupid?
@@jasonvoorhees5640 salt baked one??
Your presentation is very informative, timing is perfect. Information on opening hours pricing taste etc is spot on. Conclusion, best video. Do keep it up.
Also no smirky stupid look with the OK sign. It's non egotistical. I love it. Very professionally done.well done.
Glad it was helpful, thanks for watching!
It’s very complicated..But it’s very genius to cover with bread to protect it and to enable to handle it without problem .And it’s very spectacular to present and show it to the customer..Knowing what is inside, you can manage and handle it very carefully using suitable plates or bowls..Congrats to the cooks and workers …😊
😅😅00😅
I also loved how the bun was presented:) So beautiful, like a flower blossoming! I kept wondering the whole video how in the world someone would eat it, especially with bone in chicken. And then it was revealed and it was so fantastical and lovely!!! I only wish they had a rolling cart for the ladies to move the chicken from the large wok to the work tables to save their backs - such a simple tool, maybe adds a few extra minutes, but saves a lifetime of back problems. So important to protect the workers! Great job on the video:)
I think this is incredible. First time I see this. In SA we have a 'Bunny Chow' which is a curry beef or chicken and potatoe in a hollowed out 1/2 fresh bread loaf. It's made by our Indian chefs and its absolutely superb, people go mad for it.
This bun is completely closed. Quite a difference. Tks great video
is SA south africa
@@RegstarRogstar yes
I love lamb curry!
It's funny I am from Durban, living, now in NYC made me think of the Bunny Chow.
ive had bunny chow with chicken, so so nice. hopefully i get to go to CT again and have it, so so yummy.
This dish is very amazing to try. I love to see the cleanliness, the process, and the hands that work hard to serve the dish.
Thanks 🙏
This was such an amazing video! I loved the quiet hum of everyone working together, no chatter or noise, just dedication to getting it done! I want to eat it all!
Like soulless machines. I hope you will have a job like this one day.
They probably talk when people aren't filming them and observing them, lol.
Look at the management sign @ 4:51
@@dr.agupta Can you translate it please?
And wearing those insufferable masks. Working hard and not being able to breathe properly is not healthy.
If 1980 is 'timeless' then I am beyond time

Wow... this one is really crazy.... seriously unique delicacy....looks so good...,😋
I would love to try this! It looks wonderful and I'm fairly certain it tasets delicious.

Looks very delicious. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching 🙏
Looks like that crew has made quite a few of these...it's like a symphony, so smooth and flowing!
Semoga perniagaan anda terus maju.nampak sungguh menarik
Beautiful bun. I love the commercial size pots and pans and colorful bowls
I admire the job and the input.
And i am sure it's about very delicious food
But....
I still say that when you are working food with your bare hands, you should NOT have wristbands, watches or anything on your wrists or fingers. Hair must be COMPLETELY covered, no pony tails hanging from the sides, etc.
Just saying.
OMG I wish they sold the bun with curry chicken here in the States. It looks amazingly yummy 😋
If you live in a city with large Asian population, curry meat buns can be found in HK or Taiwanese bakeries. Not as large as this but tastes similar.
@@RandomUserX99 Not even close. Their curry is often not as good. Additionally, with bread that's seldom flaky enough to absorb.
I'm from HK and I can definitely admit we're nowhere near this level.
RM40 for that much of work and skills is ok. I would love to give it a try, if taste is awesome of course it'll be a jackpot for RM40.. 😉
😂 thanks for your valuable comments 🙏
one whole chicken in Malaysia costs about half of that , bread/wheat also expensive due to Ukraine war. I am from Penang .Lol
Looks delicious, soft and tender.
Very good opportunity... Thanks for sharing...
Interesting with the parchment and foil inside of the bun... but honestly what's not to like about this, delicious curry chicken and potatoes with fresh bread, yum.
It's not parchment, it's polythene
这间好运咖喱面包王是我和家人最爱吃的🥰🥰
Wow, those buns look absolutely delicious!
The sound of the dough balls hitting the bench...so satisfying...
WOW.The chicken curry almost looks like the curry we make in India. I think Malasian cuisine is very similar to Indian Cusine. Very interesting recipe. Thanks.🙏
You should really try Malaysian food if you get the chance. Its awesome! And the trip will be equally worth it.
Curries originated in India, and Malaysians have adapted the Indian recipes to suit local tastes.
🤤🤤🤤! Thank you for sharing. They all look amazing.
So many masters at work. Thank you for sharing! It looks wonderful
It looks so good I’m drooling 🤤
Looks super delicious!! I will definitely try whenever visit Malaysia again.
Is Pork allowed in Malaysia?
@@islamisfor247 Of course it’s allowed, always has been. FYI, Malaysia is a multicultural, multi ethnic & multi religious country. Pork is sold at many non halal eateries, and markets, supermarkets etc. with non halal sections.
They look amazing .
Wow the looked amazing and the way you filmed the video the angels are amazing and the baking machine is amazing
Очень вкусно!! Два в одном, и хлеб и второе.
Wow! I wish I have the privilege to try this.
Love the way they make this recipe
I enjoyed this video very much. People working efficiently and with skill and not chattering their heads off.
pouring hot curry in polythene wrapper really makes it timeless 😂
It looks like baking paper
The process and work ethic combined with the calming efficient way of the workers is truly to be admired.
Finished product so beautiful!!
What appetizing and delicious food recipes!
Thank you 😋
such great cooking artistry :D the only thing i find worrying is the lady picking apart the uncooked chicken with bare hands and bangles on...
Looks delicious ❤
Thanks for watching 🙏
I admire the hard work good job guys
Wow, never seen that before. Delicious.
Thanks for watching 🙏
In RSA our similar meal is called' bunnychow' and is very popular but much simpler which is served by cutting a hollow in 1/4 or 1/2 loaf of bread and the hollow is filled with curries of choice.Inexpensive and delicious.
That sounds delicious!
Amazing food!
Hard work put in to get amazing good food. I love the bun idea. I may try this myself at home.
😂 good luck
This is terrific. Thanks for this video. I wish them well and good health
Thanks for watching 🙏
A curry bun you do *not* want to bite into, I guess?
我都想食,在香港未見過!咖哩雞.
Such a clean kitchen.
This video just inspired me to bake chicken curry buns 😋
That looks like heaven 😭
They are so clean I need one of these buns in my life
Looks wonderful!!!
This is literally one of the best food inventions.
I'm shocked to see aluminum baked in bread. Have they thought about replacing it with bakery paper?
鋁薄紙 塑膠繩,直接包在麵體下
然後高溫烤熟,食安無慮嗎?
We re in same thought
Wowwww! Impresionante! Que ricura! 😃❤️😋
Looks so delicious. 😍
How did you get inside the kitchen 🤣🤣🤣 this is so satisfying to watch full support always 👍🏻 I wish to try it someday the curry look delicious 🤤
Thank you so much 🤗
I agree with one of the comments not very hygienic but buns once baked look so good
I dunno, I don't see anything unhygienic.
Gloves is a first
agreed with you
@@rosenia5409 Typical hypocrisy. When out and about in Europe, have you ever seen any bakers wearing gloves to knead dough? So, European hands are clean but not Asians?
@@ccm1399 So true 😂👍🏻
1 thing need 2 b commented is how clean is their kitchen while the workers r working. Systematic & neat👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

All i see is the old lady's do the hard work.all the guys just standing there waiting to be serve.
Looks very delicious and amazing 😋
We need one Restaurant like that in Las Vegas, USA. I would love to try it. Looks delicious.. 🔥🔥🔥
Why they don’t use banana 🍌 leaves and lotus 🪷 leaves ? It looks delicious but a bit unsafe with foils and plastic, the vendors may not know about it.
It's parchment paper.
1980s selling till now nobody died yet because of their bun so it is proven safe. By the way, pls think before comment. Do you know what is the smell and taste of lotus leaf?
这样来回盛咖喱汤到碗里要费多少时间啊!
The buns and salt baked chicken look so so crazy good 🤤🤤🤤
looks fantastic
This Indian curry chicken looks amazing 😋😋 Love Indian cuisine❤️🤌
yes curry cama from indian but there alot of other asian adopted it . like .lao . china . vietnamese. thai . . but this is my first time i see china make this :
@@bellaphone5719 This is in Malaysia, not China. Malaysia is a multicultural, multiethnic country, so our food is a reflection of that fusion.
Look so yummy
Wow! That looked so interesting! Every step you see is cleanliness , accuracy and hard work! The food itself looks so 😋 😋 yummy!
Thank you sharing 😊
You need to take care of your worker, how do you expect t the old lady to lift those tray of food into and out of the wok. At least give her a trolley to high enough for her to work. ALAMAK
This is the unique way to cook & bake Curry Large Bun, but 1 thing is not healthy, the curry pack by plastic & processed with high heat. 😋😲👍
im pretty sure that's not baking paper and not wax paper. they're different and is fine under a certain heat level because its made of silicone and paper
I never know in Malaysia they had this goods restaurant. Love chinese! Hope ada yang versi halal. Teringin nak makan nya
Kat JB ada, Restoran Golden Pillow dekat Taman Daya.

So amazing job thumbs up,
This is different. I'd definitely like to try. Some of their work practices are not safe.
As Indonesian, I thought that was a giant nastar 😅😅😅
Cleanest Chinese restaurant kitchen I’ve ever seen.
They have the cleanest kitchen ! ❤
Different Countries have different Food Hygiene Standards.
In some countries, no wearing of watches, bracelets etc by food handlers.
Others may require foodsafe gloves even( those that touch raw foods esp)
Hair covers for All food handlers working with raw ingredients too I've heard. (esp those with long hair)
Just sharing.
Some are more offended by a shit ton of crap oil. But hey, ok.
That's the 1st thing I've noticed
Singaporeans expect street food to be prepared in a clean room at rock bottom prices. 😅
Soon, all food must be prepared by sanitized robots only. No humans. 😂
Hair covers should be used, the ppl making the curry used them but the ones on the dough don't??
