Yes, but they should improve certain things. It could be a simple piping change and they could have water nearby the wok. This is a daily operation, so any improvement in operation helps.
Yes, that auntie works very hard. Unafraid of heavy, hot things to carry. The place the food is cooked is spotlessly clean. I haven't seen these curry buns being sold. Will definitely keep a look out for them to buy. Very done
I went to a commercial kitchen supply store once and it was mad. They have 4 1/2 foot tall whisks. They had an immersion blender there that broke down into a tool chest but put together it was as big as a jackhammer.
Your presentation is very informative, timing is perfect. Information on opening hours pricing taste etc is spot on. Conclusion, best video. Do keep it up. Also no smirky stupid look with the OK sign. It's non egotistical. I love it. Very professionally done.well done.
I love to see different foods and techniques from around the world. The production is precision and has obviously been perfected from years of practice. And, the buns must be delicious or they would not have so many customers. Great business and great video.
Does anyone notice that aged lady.. working .carrying those heavy cooked chicken? Wish for her God will give her more strength and power.. and the owner will acknowledge her hardwork..salute to her..
I noticed too, and feel for her back. The tall, younger man was stirring while the shorter woman was having to swing the heavy pan up onto the table. Hard workers in Korea. Food looks delicious!
This was such an amazing video! I loved the quiet hum of everyone working together, no chatter or noise, just dedication to getting it done! I want to eat it all!
It’s very complicated..But it’s very genius to cover with bread to protect it and to enable to handle it without problem .And it’s very spectacular to present and show it to the customer..Knowing what is inside, you can manage and handle it very carefully using suitable plates or bowls..Congrats to the cooks and workers …😊
I also loved how the bun was presented:) So beautiful, like a flower blossoming! I kept wondering the whole video how in the world someone would eat it, especially with bone in chicken. And then it was revealed and it was so fantastical and lovely!!! I only wish they had a rolling cart for the ladies to move the chicken from the large wok to the work tables to save their backs - such a simple tool, maybe adds a few extra minutes, but saves a lifetime of back problems. So important to protect the workers! Great job on the video:)
I think this is incredible. First time I see this. In SA we have a 'Bunny Chow' which is a curry beef or chicken and potatoe in a hollowed out 1/2 fresh bread loaf. It's made by our Indian chefs and its absolutely superb, people go mad for it. This bun is completely closed. Quite a difference. Tks great video
Nice video, but I could never understand what's the idea of stuffing things inside bread if you can't really eat it directly and if the stuffing doesn't impart flavour to the bread. This dish would work just as easily with a regular loaf of bread and chicken and potato curry.
Hmm, it might be a remake version of a Chinese dish - pauper chicken. In Chinese version, the outer layer is mud. Basically mud-baked chicken. Here chicken is the filling and bread was used as covering to steam/baked the chicken.
If you went to a restaurant selling curry chicken and a loaf of bread it would be considered TACKY. Please, it’s the aesthetics of it all…and how hard is is to take a piece of the bread and dip in the sauce. This is unique idea.
Interesting with the parchment and foil inside of the bun... but honestly what's not to like about this, delicious curry chicken and potatoes with fresh bread, yum.
@@RandomUserX99 Not even close. Their curry is often not as good. Additionally, with bread that's seldom flaky enough to absorb. I'm from HK and I can definitely admit we're nowhere near this level.

WOW.The chicken curry almost looks like the curry we make in India. I think Malasian cuisine is very similar to Indian Cusine. Very interesting recipe. Thanks.🙏
I admire the job and the input. And i am sure it's about very delicious food But.... I still say that when you are working food with your bare hands, you should NOT have wristbands, watches or anything on your wrists or fingers. I went to a commercial kitchen supply store once and it was mad. They have 4 1/2 foot tall whisks. They had an immersion blender there that broke down into a tool chest but put together it was as big as a jackhammer.
