Yes, but they should improve certain things. It could be a simple piping change and they could have water nearby the wok. This is a daily operation, so any improvement in operation helps.

I also loved how the bun was presented:) So beautiful, like a flower blossoming! I kept wondering the whole video how in the world someone would eat it, especially with bone in chicken. And then it was revealed and it was so fantastical and lovely!!! I only wish they had a rolling cart for the ladies to move the chicken from the large wok to the work tables to save their backs - such a simple tool, maybe adds a few extra minutes, but saves a lifetime of back problems. So important to protect the workers! Great job on the video:)

Hmm, it might be a remake version of a Chinese dish - pauper chicken.
In Chinese version, the outer layer is mud. Basically mud-baked chicken.
Here chicken is the filling and bread was used as covering to steam/baked the chicken.

@@rosenia5409 Typical hypocrisy. When out and about in Europe, have you ever seen any bakers wearing gloves to knead dough? So, European hands are clean but not Asians?

Why they don’t use banana 🍌 leaves and lotus 🪷 leaves ? It looks delicious but a bit unsafe with foils and plastic, the vendors may not know about it.

1980s selling till now nobody died yet because of their bun so it is proven safe. By the way, pls think before comment. Do you know what is the smell and taste of lotus leaf?

This is the unique way to cook & bake Curry Large Bun, but 1 thing is not healthy, the curry pack by plastic & processed with high heat. 😋😲👍

im pretty sure that's not baking paper and not wax paper. they're different and is fine under a certain heat level because its made of silicone and paper

My son Jackson loves curry chicken.
Great idea putting it in a bun.
Hope it's not too spicy for the kids.
