I think the best RB is Joao Cancelo the portuguese of Benfica. Make a review of him pls ! And in CB Doria and Samir two brazilian.
for your next youth squat: alex murara neto (cb) ,in the year 2021 he have an overall of 88 with 25 years. but i don't know where he play in 2014.

Only if you are going to play with very young great talents like these who are cheap to get at the start of their career.

Its not fast.I simmed through 6-8 seasons to get them there.they will grow faster if you play every game
