Hello My biggest concerns as well as my friends, is the rate of return on investment, after inflation as I will invest in say GBP converted into Turkish Lira. This will convert back to GBP from Turkish Lira, in the future.
Allen Blake Thanks for reaching out. We have recently filmed a video about return on investment. You can find it on our channel. The answer to your question lies in there.
Let me see if I got it right. Do not see 5-6 agents. Find one and stick with it in order to build bond and rapport. Do not get a 2nd opinion. Trust that one agent blindly. Believe everything he says. Never perform a fact check or something by seeing another agent. Hmmm, makes sense.
Tony G Thanks for your feedback. But that is no what we say. We advise to do your due diligence and check as many the agents in the market as possible. Whether it is by going into their websites, reading their blogs, watching their videos or calling them etc. What we are saying is ; the agency model is Turkey is different than say in the U.S. Very few agencies have exclusive sales rights of very few properties. These ones in general are special properties with high price tags. For the overwhelming majority of the properties in market, there is no exclusivity. So it’s anybody’s game. It’s not like this property is represented by agent x and this one is by agent y. Which means that a good agent/consultant should be able to get you almost any property you desire. But in doing so, that agent/consultant should really and truly has to understand of what it is that you really want and need. And that takes an ever so important rapport building which takes time. So until you have weeks to “try out” all the agents in the market by spending hours on the phone with each one and weeks on the ground looking at properties, go for it. But then again this is why we film these videos. Because we have seen many many investors who went down that path and got lost in the process. Our job is to advise what’s best for our clients.
I like Mr. Deggin! Just listening and watching him can give you the sense that his company is a great one

During the explanation I got it this way that they don't charge buyers and all fees come from seller or development companies. Do I get it correct?
Hello Rasoul. Yes, that is correct. We do not charge the buyer. We charge the developer.
@@user-ov2tm2un1r Very Good. I am Iranian and considering to buy an apartment in Istanbul for living and investment. khoshravan at gmail.com
@@user-ov2tm2un1r I have seen in your website that you charge 3% from the buyer....can you elaborate it please?
