I've been boxing only for around a year and i realized i've been doing the L-step automatically without actually learning it, just feels smooth and natural. On the other hand the rest of the drills and footwork i'm barely scratching the surface on 😅 but really enjoy the learning process and hard work of this sport. Transferring these things into sparring and seeing them work is a great feeling. Thanks for your vids coach, they have been so useful to me in my journey.

I really like the L step but as soon as you have moved out of range you step right back into range in your stance again
Gives you a new angle of attack and it can be real fast

Yes that's how we was taught to do it. As soon as you move in your out then to the side and straight back into your stance ready to go again. If you're good at it your opponent won't be able to get shots off all night. Very good move
