Looks good. Perhaps a bit simple, but still good. You mention one of them in the description, but what are all of the requirements? Also, it would be cool to see some other tracks running in this, if that's possible.
The requirements are just making a racing simulator where a circuit is visible. It has to include textures and lighting and the modes I mentioned in the description. Everything else was just more content I decided to make myself. Other tracks can be loaded by replacing the .obj, but they need to be plain as vertical movement is not implemented.
