Now it's moved to Osaka, we dont know if and where it will move next even though I was able to attend I hope they have it in as many cities as possible so that maybe it will last until travel is open again for visitors
The anime man (Joey): Sadly I couldn't show you the exhibition because I wasn't allowed to This guy with 300 subs: Sup, look at all this cool Berserk stuff! Thanks, man, appreciated, you won another sub
"Guts's theme playing at the end while you talked about Miura's death, making me think about how much we all miss him and his world of Berserk." I'm not crying you're crying.
Goddamn, this made me tear.... I love the lore- the meaning behind it all. It will always have a special place in my heart. I am trying to save enough money in order to buy the deluxe copies of the manga. Thank you for showing this to those who will never have a chance.
There is no way to tell anyone who has not read/seen the manga how pure, intense, and impactful deep down it is. Every detail has its purpose. It is both unhinged violence and pure, sensible emotion at the same time. K.M. was an artist, unappreciated in his time.
Absolutely awesome coverage of this event. When we first started watching Berserk all those years ago we knew how truly unbelievable this was. Seeing the exhibition was exhilarating and heartbreaking at the same time. A good son would have purchased his father at least a couple of the framed artwork pieces. Ha! Its only money.
This was a great video. Man, I hope in the future they hold this expose again. There are decades of history here and it must be maintained and shown to future generations.
Thanks for watching! While nothing has been announced for now, I’m sure all the exhibits they had won’t be collecting dust in storage forever. They have to use that giant Zodd again I’m sure
The detail in his drawings is absolutely insane, truly a master of the craft. Thank you for actually showing parts of the exhibit, great video 👍 and R.I.P Kentaro Miura
legends never die. they live on in their legacy they left behind. miura lives on in berserk and may he never be forgotten for his amazing work he made during his life.
I've heard about the book but never knew anything specific, but just seeing the amount of detail in that artwork makes me really wanna check it out now.
Don't feel alone. I just recently jumped on the Berserk train in 2020 and haven't regretted anything. The manga art is 100% the best parts of the story
RIP to a childhood legend of mine! I watched the show growing up and I had the game. Sword of the berserk, guts rage! For Dreamcast, and still have it to this day! And I love it!, I still play the game!
@@TokyoAnimeZone no problem! Also love the accent! It sounds either Dutch or Germanic of some sort. Neat! I wouldn’t even mind watching a video you make in your native language with English subtitles tbh. And also, it’s funny how you can show us the exhibit but Joey couldn’t. Lmao
Im a big fan of Berserk series and movies as well. I even played the classic Saga Berserk game in dreamcast it was so awesome & cool. You are so lucky man I wish I was there. Thanks for sharing this amazing videos🤩👍🏼
It sucks when you live in Japan but miss out on stuff like this. Thanks for sharing. Vids like this convince me to find more cool stuff in Japan to record for my little channel. Subbed 👍
What a great exhibition! Thanks man for showing us these wonderful pieces. Wish Miura was there too.Maybe he was,who knows? At least, his creations are immortal.
4 hours? I would drive from Hokkaido to Okinawa if it was fucking necessary, and I'm not even sure if you can drive that in a car, but for this exhibition, yeah I would make that possible
I remember seing the pannels of berserk for the first time and thinking that this could belong to an art museum. Man we lost him to soon rest in peace my friend, you died doing what you loved
We'll be attending the exhibit in Fukuoka this weekend. Should we hit the mechandise store first before enjoying the exhibit? I fear the merchandise will quickly run out (particularly the art of berserk book) although they've limited it to 1 item per person.
Ah that’s great! I’m glad they’re still running it. In terms of merch, at this point, I doubt they’ll run out of anything on the day your there. I’d suggest to enjoy the exhibit to the fullest and you should be fine. Besides, the Tokyo ones I went to made sure you couldn’t renter the exhibit once you entered the shop since it’s at the end.
Thank you. We just came from the exhibit today. We had a great time. Oddly they weren't strict with the merchandise. One person even bought 10 copies of the Art of Berserk book.
I'm so sad I couldn't go to the exhibit especially sense Kentaro is no longer with us, in a way I feel like it was almost like a funeral for the fans of his work, a final goodbye.
I still can’t believe that mousepad with Guts exists. It’s such a bizarre and funny thing to produce. Like who even thought of that lol. It’s definitely something I would buy just for the lols but I wouldn’t regularly use it. Other than that, great video, I loved it!
This is one of the only animes I can wat h over and over again and it never gets old. The manga got a little odd after the sacrifice, but I still read every word and pined for months for the next chapter release. I'm just sad because the story's end was taken from us through the death of one of the greatest manga artists of all time. R.I.P.
You are very fortunate indeed. If you had to estimate, how big would you say the manuscripts(manga pages) were? Its hard to tell, but I know b4 is a common size used, but those double page spreads look like 2 A2's taped together. Just massive.
i love how berserk was so influential series that an event was made for it.... it makes a grown man cry.....also the death of Pipin, that made a man a bitch that day...
when miura began to draw digitally, he would go and edit every panel by the PIXEL. he was a crazy perfectionist
And It shows in his work. His attention to detail is unmatched.
the mad man actually got the horse shirt...
truly a madman
didnt even watch the video yet & i know what youre talking about😭😭😭
Bruh
Berserk video with Seal and Buttercupz when?
Omg a legend
They really need to bring this exhibit back from time to time for people who missed it.
it would be cool if one day we could get the exhibits not just in tokyo but spread out all around the world too
Now it's moved to Osaka, we dont know if and where it will move next
even though I was able to attend I hope they have it in as many cities as possible so that maybe it will last until travel is open again for visitors
Maybe once a year they should open this museum
Man I hope so. I really wanna attend this
yea really sucks they had to do this one-time event commemorating a franchise with an enormous fan base during the middle of a global pandemic
The anime man (Joey): Sadly I couldn't show you the exhibition because I wasn't allowed to
This guy with 300 subs: Sup, look at all this cool Berserk stuff!
Thanks, man, appreciated, you won another sub
Haha thank you man! I appreciate the sub.
You're a legend
I was JUST thinking that when the video played 😂
maybe he did it without telling?
HES THE CHOSEN ONE
Berserk is not only a graphic novel masterpiece it is (in my opinion) one of the greatest stories ever put to paper.
Good stuff you’re one of the only ones who did a legit overview of the exhibit
You know it man💪

youre right, i am crying :'(

i want that guts mousepad

For as huge as beserk is, why the heck is so hard for a big anime company to pick this series up and do it justice?
@Madalin Cristian no wonder bleach got crap
i hope they bring this back now that the series is continuing. i’d love to go to this
its amazing how miura had this berserk concept in mind and almost everyone likes it, its perfect in my eyes.
we lost the artist, but will have his work throughout our lives.
This needs to be made into a museum of sorts
@6:02 Ngl I struggled hard fighting back those tears. I miss K.M so damn much

Thank you for this ........ It's really touching to see it again... Even if it is through a screen this time. I loved every second of this video.
I’m really glad you were able to enjoy it! I tried to pay as much respect to Miura as I could

I wish this exhibit would come to America soon because I would love to see all of the art and etc. I could easy spend 2,000+ on just art alone. 🥰
So much Berk merch! Insane
I am shocked you have so few subscribers 😳
Fantastic job, great video 👏
Thanks for watching!!🙏🏼

Very professional vídeo bro. Thanks u are they only one that show us what they exhibition was like
Thank you very much!
