This excellent edit hits me deep in the middle of my gut. Those two had sooo much going for them and I can't stop rewatching Maeve telling Otis her feelings for him in s2 ep 4. So many little moments there where she so wanted to kiss him but knew she couldn't because he was with Ola. I know that the writers built the plot of season 2 on Otis being an arsehole like his dad, so it's that arsehole that made Maeve say she wasn't angry, but disappointed. Otis, bro, you don't want the girl you like being disappointed with you, it's not a good place to be. But ......... a new season usually means a change in character and Otis had better do his damnedest to get Maeve's feelings back to those she had for him ALL THE WAY from season 1 when he walked her home from the clinic, through to the near kiss on the bridge and all the other clips where she looks at him soooo lovingly. Despite his voicemail I'm still sooo angry with Otis for treating my alltime fave softy Maeve so heartlessly. She really can do no wrong for me and she's also strong enough to deal with Isaac and his manipulative shenanigans. Get it together you two lovebirds in season 3. :-))
myfeliness so you are disappointed with otis’s behavior towards Maeve,, and what about otis’s condition when meave was ignoring his feelings and dating that guy, from the starting meave knew that she is in love with Otis then why is she unable to accept? Ego? Self love? Yes meave is my fav character but sometimes it hurt to see your lovable person with others and you are in love them accept,, no rho no self respect, no obsession,and no past! Sry I think there is something common b/w me and Otis
In season 1 Maeve had some faults and otis loved her. But in season 2 otis was dumb and had many faults and Maeve loved him. Maeve changed in this season. I hope in season 3 they get together loving each other

Hope they really do get together in season 3, if they dont then at least some show of affection like a kiss....if theres nothing yet again I think they will start to lose viewers. Yes Sex Education isnt just about them, but their story has bern the main interest for 2 seasons

Maeve with the disabled guy as friends and possible romantic interests but disabled guy messes it up because he is shown to be an actual asshole in s2 and maeve sees thru this and breaks it off with him.. 4. Otis and maeve might hook up maybe by episode 7 or the end of eps 8.. 5. Headmaster groff going after jean.. With hostile intentions.. Just my basic speculations.. I hope i am wrong.. Love the show..
