I always watched UFC, and at least had an appreciation for the grappling portions. I knew I didn't know alot of what was going on, but knew enough to know it shouldn't be considered "boring" and there was alot more technicality going on than the average person, like myself, could see.
Then I started looking into doing BJJ myself, but I've had a couple back surgeries and am nervous to start... But my 9 year old wanted to start, and he began a few weeks ago. Leading up to that I started binging BJJ stuff. Partly bc I am thinking about giving it a shot myself, but also because I wanted to be able to help him and work with him at home.
I found the Daisy Fresh series here on FloGrappling, and PSF's channel, and it just made me love these guys. Knowing their stories, and where they came from, and how they lived in Daisy Fresh, etc just really made me appreciate what they're doing. Always rooting for Andrew, Jacob, and everyone else from PSF.

Wiltes wins off conditioning. If you want to beat him its starts 30days prior to match. His system is working to retain for 1st 7minutes...in pulled guard (resting in between Almedia's looming attacks).
At @10:10 with under 6 minutes remaining, Almeida is gassing out fast...at that point every defense is slower and energy costly...thats also part of Wiltes wizardry. @11:11 Almedia coach (championship corner) knows what's coming (single 🦵take down)...he calls it in to Almeida...and his conditioning is not there...to defend it, this time.
Wiltes is running same attacking chain over and over...waering down the opp.s until defensively they cannot recover and defend.
