This is a fine art, it’s not a brawl or a street fight. It’s a thing of great beauty!

Not really. If you trained even two hours a day every day your level would sky rocket. Same as any other sport. Nicky Rod went to ADCC as a blue belt and won silver out of sheer will alone and didn't have an easy road to the finals either.

@@BigballsTerrence I am taking training a minimum of twice a day seven days a week rolling with highly technical black belts your progression would absolutely sky rocket. Have you seen the Giancarlo Bodoni "Becoming Dangerous" doc? He said since going to New Wave he improved his game more over the last 6 months than the last 5 years. And I'm talking training for a minimum of two years. I didn't mean two hours a day. That's not getting you third at a shitty local comp
