Like someone else commented, your videos are the best in the fossil section of RUclips. Taking time to document the hunt as well as showing the research and collaboration with the state of Florida is truly impressive. Hope your channel keeps growing, you deserve it.
I really can't thank Big Blue enough for replacing the dive lights I lost. It's been a long time since I have seen one of your videos. I hope everything is going OK with you 1st of all 2nd keep cranking out videos of these treasure hunts !
I want to be a paleontologist, and you really inspire me :)) I really enjoy watching your videos and even the longer ones keep me glued to your channel. Thanks for sharing your experiences and information:)))
I really like the seriousness in your videos. To many young fossil video makers act sorta goofy. Probably to cater to young viewers. You do an excellent job in streams that frankly give me the creeps. Good professional job.
Visited the museum there last summer. Wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that gave me and my brother a sweet tour and answered my many questions! If you’re in the area it’s a must see and it was free when we went!
I love watching your videos. I have been hunting shark teeth for several years. I have only been on the NC shores. This week I spent a week at Cherry Grove Beach SC. I found a few really unique things I believe are some kinds of fossils. I really would love to be able to identify them. Would you be so kind as to let me know who or where I may send photos to get them identified. I honestly believe one of them is a prehistoric horse tooth and one some kind of shark tooth. I'm just excited about these finds. Keep up the great work and keep these videos coming. God Bless
It's genuinely creepy how similar we look ... I didn't notice it until sending one of your video to a friend and he replied "is this you?" Excellent video as always young sir!!
I find your channel fascinating. You are excited and obviously love what you do. You are knowledgeable about pre-history. You have more courage in your little toe than I have throughout. No way I climb into those murky waters knowing that gators are in them too. Thanks for your excellent content and presentation.
awesome. i found a “caveman” bowl. its my icon and i have a short video of it. But no way to know for sure how old it is. it definitely has scratch marks inside of it. but that was just luck to find it. just sitting there like the owners ran off before i could see them. :)
so amazing to watch i have found clovis points here in maryland that date over 13,500 years old but also i found a couple really rare early paleo points that the smithsonian was so interested in i loaned the spear point to them and they took them to france and spain and compared to the solutrean artifacts in europe dating over 23,000 years old and they were a perfect match but i do not find saber tooth fossils so keep hunting and good luck
I do a lot of central fl hunts we just recently started using electric fans to blow sediment and leave the heavier fossils behind its had a lot of great success. If you ever want to hit some untouched spots on the alifia feel free to reach out.Wont find megs like the peace river but still some awesome pliocene. Maybe coincidence but I've noticed we find way nicer large tiger shark teeth in the alifia compared to the peace vs the peace river we find more large snaggle tooth depending on what area we go.
I lived in VA Beach and went shark tooth hunting in the back bays. Also went to the PCS Phosphate mines in North Carolina. Found my first croc teeth in the Potomac River but the coolest we’re finding teeth in Washington DC at a new apartment construction site. Who would’ve thought finding teeth in the city.
I found one, near identical in the spoils at the power plant south of St. Petersburg. I thought it was Panthera sp. I traded it to Kim the Ditchweazzle in SC. Ask him if he has any further ID. It was an awesome piece. If you speak to him, tell him Gman says "yo"
pretty cool i would love to find an ice age animal fossil i have hunted indian artifacts here in maryland on the islands in the chesapeake bay.. there is an outdoors show that did a two part story about me hunting artifacts here in the chesapeake bay on youtube look up destination smith island and you will see... but just across the bay not far from me is the calvert cliffs where lots of giant meg teeth have been found you could clean up diving over to a few places i know where lots of all kinds of fossils have been found on the shorelines so imagine what is under the water
Your brave my friend! I couldn’t focus out there due to worry that a gator or python would get me. But then again I’m not skilled in that field as you are. God bless man!
hey, be nice about her dolls!! they might be creepy to some, but i can tell that must be her special interest/comfort item. kinda like the passion for rocks just a different thing we cant all understand!
So how come you don’t ever take a mesh scoop and scoop a whole lot at one time and then go through it? It’s not really hurting the river bed and you’ll find a lot more that way than wading and going one by one

I wouldn't say best, but we are always looking to improve. Thank you for the kind words!

Well we are very happy to have you as a subscriber and cannot wait to share more!
I have the same passion as you! I’m so excited to be able to try to pursue that! Don’t give up even though the demand for this job is low! ❤❤❤
It's Incredible that you can find such well preserved fossils in the bottom of an river! Seems alomost impossible but they are still found
Just have to be lucky and go at the right time to find the fossils freshly eroded!
I really like the seriousness in your videos. To many young fossil video makers act sorta goofy. Probably to cater to young viewers. You do an excellent job in streams that frankly give me the creeps. Good professional job.
Thank you, we really appreciate the feedback. Sometimes, we can't hold back our excitement either .
Visited the museum there last summer. Wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that gave me and my brother a sweet tour and answered my many questions! If you’re in the area it’s a must see and it was free when we went!
That's Ben Rader, he is an awesome custodian of the past! I encourage everyone to go and request him for a tour!
Love the unbridled happiness you can hear from the muffled underwater audio! Great touch keeping that in to draw in new people
Darn good to see another video from you and your team! Ya'll do great work!

Your wetsuit is like Jeremy Wade's Tshirt on river monsters. Slowly wearing out and showing how long and arduous this journey has been. Keep it up!!

I’ve not visited your channel before, but I’m so enthralled!
Should I be concerned about crocs in the water? 🐊
My grandpa found ‘Suzy’ the mastodon @ palm beach science museum
Will you ever do a video with your entire fossil collection?
Been hoping for some new content. Awesome find, sir.
Such a wholesome Chanel.
I like fossils BD
Awesome ! Do you do tours?
It was worth listening to the entire video just to hear Jonathan mention Panama. Now my emotional scars can heal

Are you still making videos? I hope you are having a nice summer .I'm looking forward to more videos of your adventures.
I live in Brevard and have never been there, guess i've got to check it out now! Thanks for the video.
The voice-over is hard to hear at times, maybe make it a little louder next time or lower the background audio.
Will do!
Nice finds. Thanks for sharing.
Maybe you should make a video showing all of your fossils. Ps very good chanel
Really cool video!
Definitely a beautiful mako 👏👏 congratulations
So interesting. Will you go back to same area, those large canines may be close.
Love that place. Just a few minutes from me. Great job 👏 👍

Alright! Can't wait to enjoy a new video.
Really enjoy your videos and your incredible finds! Maybe less screaming into your regulator though?

Are you going to be selling any ground sloth teeth soon on your website
Hi ❤
One of the coolest fossils I've found was a black bear toe bone on the Peace River, my first visit
FINNALY A NEW VIDEOOOO
man to find mammoth fossils and sloth is so cool
My boi is Newt Schamander of the dead beasts
How did you lose your lights a GoPro?😮😢
Bring your fossils from the anaerobic clay/ water to the air what do you use to preserve the fossil ?
My favorite preservative is Paraloid B-72. It is my go to for stabilization.
But what are those big ole sharks doing in such a tiny river?!
