I bought an Xbox 360 game but it wasn't working, so I asked for a refund, but the game is still on my account, can I use it?

If you have refunded an Xbox 360 game, it is possible that the game is still available to download and play on your account, as it is a general consensus that on Xbox 360, the license for the game is not removed even if you are refunded. Therefore, you should be able to download and play the game anytime. However, we still recommend you to check if you have indeed refunded this purchase, and you are not confusing them with other games, you can check this in your order history.

Sheesh! I'll share this: I want to stop Microsoft and Windows from running Edge and other stuff in the background and harvesting info from my computer! I certainly don't want to willingly give it more access!

There are lots of reason why you're getting "No operating system found":
1. The basic input/output system (BIOS) does not detect the hard disk.
2. The hard disk is damaged.
3. Sector 0 of the physical hard disk drive has an incorrect or malformed master boot record (MBR).
- Note Some third-party programs or disk corruption can damage an MBR.
5. An incompatible partition is marked as Active.
6. A partition that contains the MBR is no longer active
