Thank you so very much for this!! This helps me out so much and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you! Thank you so much for being here!!!!! And thank you for watching!!!! You are amazing!!! God bless❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I was sober for 3 months, then relapsed. Im going into my 3rd week of drinking from relapsing. So, I stop now because of your talk. It was a glitch in the road to recovery. I just dread the first 3 days of detoxing. The truth. I look forward to living awake during the day and getting my projects done. Im sick and tired of being my own worst enemy.
(((( tenderhuggs)))) well you are Aware! Yayayay🎉 so that means you have accepted that your body can not have it any more🎉yay again! Only left, the hard one, Action! I got a feeling yoy have a plan so imma cheering for that plan n I feel pretty good guessing others will cheer you too🎉🎉🎉😊❤
I know about the 3 days. I used to relapse after the 3 month point. I thought I could go back and have control over it. Third time was the charm. Best of luck to you 🍀
I understand the sick and tired of being sick and tired. Idk why but always around the 3mo mark is when I’d get squirrelly.. I am with u 1000% on withdrawal physical symptoms for 3-4 days. With us being our own worst enemy.. It’s almost as if we take over where the abuser left off. I’m here if u need anything. Good thing is U realized it 👍🏻💕
Thank you for this warning, at around my 3 month point I’ll be travelling for my god daughter’s confirmation, and those get togethers are always a huge booze fest, I have to really muster up peak resolve for that. I’ve tried before and relapsed like you, but I know we can do it, each time we do learn something that helps the final push. You absolutely can be your own best friend ❤, so can I 🤞🏼
Thank you so much for subscribing!!!! I really appreciate you letting me know! This is a wonderful place to be and so many awesome people here!!! God bless❤
I had 16 months of sobriety before I relapsed at the end of December. Now I am 10 weeks sober and have really been struggling with cravings, and it always stems from nostalgia. The good memories come flooding back, and I feel this overwhelming urge to try it again. Maybe this time will be different. But no, it will not. And I have to accept that. I just get so frustrated that I can't drink like a normal person. It is complete insanity. I really, really appreciate this video. Your content is so incredibly meaningful and exactly what I needed to hear tonight. Love you too, buddy❤❤ Thanks for all you do!
Thank you for sharing your story! I know how you feel. The nostalgia is a real problem. Congratulations on your 10 weeks! That's super awesome! God bless
Im my own worst enemy . I found this channel with a drink in my hand. You are the only person that I've ever listened to that can explain me perfectly. Thank you for your honesty.
@@mistyjomay6272 That’s how I always felt and still feel. Just stopped AGAIN!!! Watching LD talk and share about Cirrhosis, scared me into sober living. It gets harder every time. Want this time to be the last!!!! Wishing you the best on your journey! God Bless
Thanks for all you do. I have alcoholics in my family. My sister was diagnosed with acute liver disease. My brother drinks too much. My mom used to drink a lot. I hate it. Alcohol is poison. Keep up the good work.
I am so sorry to hear that. Oh my gosh. I'm sure that you do hate alcohol. I have a lot of them in my family too and should have known better than to play around with that stuff. It's the most horrible drug there is in my opinion. It's everywhere and you can literally score it anywhere. It almost took my life twice now and I have spent 3 months in the hospital and so many Dr's appointments and surgeries that I can't even remember. It absolutely 💯 without a doubt is poison! Thank you so much for your generosity! I can't thank you enough! God bless
I lost my sister 5 days ago to alcoholic liver disease. She was only 47 years old. I’m so mad at her for letting the disease win, for not fighting harder to save her own life, for continuing to kill herself with a bottle of vodka. This video has helped to to understand what she was going thru a little more. Thank you. I hope you are able to keep power of this horrible disease that is addiction and continue to heal❤️
I had 6.5 years sober but then my mother died and I went a bit mad for a few years from 2022. Resetting your days can lead to you thinking "screw it I've failed" and can lead to more and more slips. I view sobriety as a path through rugged terrain. We can stray from the path and risk bad things happening to us or we can do the easy thing and stay on that path. If you lose the path, remember why you're doing this and find it again. The more times you lose your way, the harder it gets. If you're lost, shout out to someone. We aren't stranded in jungle terrain, the addiction wants us to surrender into silence. We can't always find our way back and sometimes we never do. I found my path again on Christmas Eve last year after a year of struggling to put a week together. To underestimate alcohol can be a death sentence!
Oh my gosh!!! Thank you so, so much!!! You are such a kind human being!!! This helps me so much, and I can not thank you enough! I won't pay any attention to it, I promise you! I'm going to keep on trucking and there is no way that I will let that kind of stuff get in my way of trying to help others!!! Thank you so very much again! God bless you. 😊 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much mona!!!! Once again, you are such a nice person and I can't thank you enough for all of your support and always being here! I appreciate your positive attitude more than you will ever know! God bless
Sober since 2017, relapsed so many times before I realized that I can’t control it and a little is never enough. It appears this is your therapy, doing this allows you to speak out loud your own thoughts. But don’t rely solely on this platform, find sober friends or friends that support your sobriety to the point they won’t drink around you.
Thank you!!! You are so very welcome! Thank you for watching today's video! You guys are what make thus channel what it is. Without you, I am nothing and I thank you for being here! God bless ❤❤❤❤

Hi again 😂 Here are some tips to help avoid binge drinking: 1. **Set Limits**: Before you start drinking, decide how many drinks you'll have and stick to that number. 2. **Pace Yourself**: Aim to have no more than one standard drink per hour. Remember to drink water or non-alcoholic beverages in between the alcoholic ones. 3. **Eat Before and During Drinking**: Having food in your stomach can slow down the absorption of alcohol. 4. **Choose Quality Over Quantity**: Opt for a smaller amount of more expensive or higher-quality drinks that you'll savor rather than larger quantities of cheaper options. 5. **Avoid Peer Pressure**: Stay firm in your decision not to drink too much. If you're feeling pressured, it's okay to say no or to have a non-alcoholic drink instead. 6. **Plan Activities**: Engage in activities that don't revolve around drinking. If you're busy having fun doing other things, you'll be less likely to overindulge in alcohol. 7. **Know Your 'No'**: Have a polite, but firm way to decline drinks when you've reached your limit. 8. **Seek Support**: If you find it difficult to control your drinking, consider talking to someone who can provide help or guidance. Remember, the key is moderation and being conscious of your drinking habits. OR Do not drink at all , i know i cant drink alcohol. Thank you for being here❤
Even though I have 20 months sober now , it’s still one day at a time for me . I too have relapsed many times in the past , & it is so hard to quit again once I have started . It is so true what they say . Going back out drinking and expecting that things will be better this time , is pure hogwash ! It always gets worse . Last time I relapsed, I picked up another impaired driving charge . I never want to go through that kind of extremely stressful situation ever again . 🙏🙏❤
Congratulations on 20 months!!! You should be proud of yourself for getting back on the wagon. And we all fool ourselves from time to time, but as long as you learn something from it and continue down the straight and narrow path, you'll be okay. Sending you the warmest thoughts and punching the air (with joy) for your efforts with your sobriety ❤
Thank you so very much!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤ this helps me so much! I really appreciate you being here!!! God bless you and thank you so much for your generosity!!!!😊😊😊
You speak truth LD, that is what draws all of us to you and your message. We got you! God is using your life in a powerful way, and all of us who know/follow you on this channel are so appreciative of your time and support, in turn we all fully support you! We love you LD
Don’t beat yourself up. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, ask for support and move forward. You’ve helped a lot of people by talking about your life, struggles and health issues. I don’t mean to make it sound easy, I know how difficult it is. You seem to me like a really good man and deserve happiness. Giving up alcohol is so damned difficult. Take care. 🙏🙏
I sometimes think , I know you. So, I guess, this video is for a person suffering right know. I could be wrong, though. But if it is, my blessings go out to that special person. I have a lot on my plate, thats why I am a litlle shy here on your videios. But I try . Blessings to you too. By the way, you are absolutely right. Its Mark twain, who said about smoking: "Quitting isnt hard, I did it a thousend times". Even an opioid withdrawal is a walk in the park, compared, to that , what comes after that. I have a great deal of problems, filling the void, that the alcohol and drugs left me with. Feels like time runs slower, there is more to do, and I struggle with that. ( Absolutely amazing, how "pro" you are on camera. I wanted to support you, but I cant get your stuff in ngermany. Thats a shame)
I'm sorry that you are going through all of this right now. I hope that things start to improve for you soon! My wife is working on international shipping right now. We just started the Amazon store and it takes a lot to get things rolling. I can't begin to explain to you the difficulties that have come along with it. We finally got shipping to Canada done and she is working on shipping to Europe right now. As soon as we get it in order I will let everyone know in a video. We would love to ship over there, it's just another step that we have to take in order for it to work. Thank you so much! God bless
One of the things that help the most for me when I really really want to drink is to think it thru. All we can think of is how great it would be to get drunk. So act as if you’ve had that drink, had another, and another and another, and how disgusted I was with myself. Did I call someone and make a fool of myself, get behind of wheel of my car, make a big mess directly caused by the drinking? Probably. And I remember how badly I felt. I remember how badly it made me feel. It is NEVER EVER worth it.
Hey G ! Thanks for that video. I like how you put that this is not a race. Very comforting. I know what you mean about it being like a best friend. Tequila WAS my best friend. WE did everything together. I never felt alone if I had a bottle. I sure didn't miss anything drinking last night. Had a horrible night sleep an felt like shit all day. I can't wait till tomorrow to feel sober again. Thank you again. You are an inspiration. Love you all ❤
Hey jersey girl! ❤❤❤ you are so welcome!!! I'm sure you know why I made it. 😉 I don't know if you saw the video I made the other day about how much I actually drank, but I drank tequila for years. It was the first liquor that I really started drinking heavy. My old boss from back in my 20s was a tequila drinker and he kind of inspired me to start drinking it. I really admired him. He was like a father to me. Anyway.... my point is that I drank it for many years... all different kinds. I know what you mean. It was something I drank everyday. At the end of the day... you learned something from it. That's all that matters and I know tomorrow will be a new day and a sober one for you too. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that you will be sober from here on out. I hope that you are feeling ok tonight! Thank you for being you and I'm sending love your way!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ God bless
Love ya lots Jersey Girl Maybe when you’re ready u could maybe write a break up letter to your drug of choice. We had to write one in rehab. Our graduation. Bumps suck but we learn. Lots of hugs 🥰
I just got back from detox after seven days. I drank for about a week and a half. I saw a jaundiced guy in there, was told my enzymes were elevated a bit, and am not touching alcohol again. That's what I hope you do. I know it's tough, but you can do it!
Hey there!!!!! Thank you so very much! I greatly appreciate it!!! You are so welcome!! I hope your day is going great my friend! Thank you again!!! God bless😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️
Don't beat yourself up about the comments! Your body has been through a lot in the past week. It's good to be conscientious - that is a part of what makes you so special. Just take care of yourself!
U good brother? U seem a bit tired. I know u go through a lot. Stick with that plant hobby. It'll make your day better. Also, not only are the negative emotions and "problems" still there, but when I was viciously hungover it was 1000% worse....I mean terribly worse to the point I could not breathe right. I felt weak and sick. I felt terrible malaise and could barely move. Legs were heavy and weak. ER visits. High Blood Pressure. Headaches. The list goes on and on and on, and it doesn't get any better. Part of survival is being in the moment and getting knocked down. That's supposed to happen. Without the bitter, the sweet just isn't as sweet anymore. People have to expect that they'll actually wake up tomorrow, and if you do wake up, u DO NOT want to be waking up as an addict 4sure. So u r correct.
I'm good. Thank you! I just haven't been feeling the greatest lately. I just had 2 procedures last week. It's from that. Thank you for everything here! I really appreciate you! God bless😊
I was sober for over 2 years and relapsed when i came back to my hometown to hunker down for coronavirus. Been in the pit here ever since. 4 years now! I will break the chain again. Thank you for these videos
Oh wow... I did not know that. That's a really cool idea. I think I am going to do the same exact thing and make a video reading it to you all. Thank you Kristen!!! Awesome idea as Alex!
@@liverdisease-qb6rk yep best rehab I was in had us do that. Write a goodbye letter, what you’ll miss, how it ended up stabbing u in the back, it lies, I cheated, manipulated people, stole, snooped in medicine cabinets just to get to you & all you’ve done is …… I’m done with you … Because …. I have a photo copy of a poem about drugs. Its impact is haunting. I thank God I’m not addicted in this decade. I wish I could upload it.
I am trying hard to start my sobriety struggle. Your descriptions on things match exactly how I feel allot of the time. I only hope I can be successfull
You absolutely can do this. It may feel like it’s tall mountain to climb but just take it one day at a time. This channel is very supportive so we are all rooting for you.
How do you keep yourself at social gatherings? That's where I struggle. I don't even want to drink at events. I just don't want to be there, and do my best to get out of them
If there is drinking at the event, I just don't go. I try my very best to avoid being around it. The people that I hang out with now are sober as well. Thank you for the question. God bless😊
I'll chime in here.... I typically don't go to those. Believe it or not, there are other options that will show up in your life before long, dry events, lots of people don't drink, we just have to adjust our radar a bit.
Thank you for discussing such an important topic. You are such a support and encouragement. Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. Praying that you will be feeling better soon. God bless.
It almost feels like a split personality. I drink everyday and every morning I tell myself I’m not doing that tonight but as the day goes I find myself drinking. It’s horrible. Drinking is a curse! 😞
I can relate so much to this!!!! Same... exact.... thing here. I did that everyday. I would wake up.... not going to drink today... and then the next thing you know, I had a drink in my hand again. Thank you so much for sharing! God bless 😊😊😊😊
The scary thing is, how far am I going to take this? I know the damage I’m doing but there’s a nasty voice in my head saying hey why feel anxious and depressed when you can have a few drinks and it all goes away! It sucks! I bend and brake every time
Kyle, Recovery is progressive, just like addiction. It’s really helped me to hit up a meeting. It doesn’t have to be AA, Celebrate Recovery, is a local meet up via Baptist Church. On line has a lot to offer as well. Have been in your shoes, and it is one day at a time, sometimes one second, one minute! It’s a tomorrow that never comes, start with today, and your self esteem will increase! You can do this!!!Blessings
10 years sober, every day is a new day. I did it one day at a time, i had to get to a point that i just hated how it was when i drank. But it took me 3 years to stop falling off the wagon, and 2 YEARS of DAILY CRAVINGS , URGES and OBSESSING about grog, before it got easy. Yep it was 2 years of complete abstinence before i didnt miss it. I resonated with everything you said.❤
Hey man, I've been watching you almost daily now! ❤I really appreciate you making these videos and spreading awareness on your disease(s), and just alcoholism in general. I can relate to the emotional changes you experienced when drinking. I would go from happy, to angry, to crying for no reason with in a short period of time when I got really drunk, lol. But looking back, I can see now that I wasn't crying for no reason; the tears came from me thinking about all the negative stuff going on in my life at that time. You really do focus on that stuff more than you would when sober, and it really gets you down!!! Also, you're right about relapse; it's easy to get sober, but so hard to stay sober long-term! 😞
Thank you so much for this! You are right about everything you have said here. Thank you so much for being here and watching the videos daily! I can't tell you how much I really do appreciate you! God bless
I'm adding one more comment that i feel is relevant to this video(at least it is for me) My Son(i have shared a tidbit of his life) sent this just this morning and is very timely. I like living. I have sometime's been wildly, despairingly, acutely, miserable, racked with sorrow; but through it all I still know quite certainly that just to be alive is a grand thing. Agatha Christie
Just get well soon , no need for appologies 😊 You take care xx and get as much rest as possible and listen to your body when it tells you to rest !! Xbless you and everyone recovering
alcohol makes me way more depressed and my anxiety way worse . So true quitting is the easy part . Even after a few months off it that one time takes you straight back to that negative head space .
I haven't ever spoken about it before. Its very complicated. Thats all i am comfortable saying. Sorry, its just something i would rather keep to myself. Thank you for the question. I hope i didn't offend you. God bless😊
Hey LD I was fighting back tears on this one. You’re on point with your assessment it’s like you lost a bff. Using alcohol or any other vice to celebrate accomplishments, comfort a disappointment and alleviate stress is not going to help in the long run. We must get off the loop. If we fall down…it’s ok get back up and keep fighting. Thank you I so appreciate you. You’re a kind soul LD, I’m sending you positive energy that tomorrow you feel better. ❤️🩹
Hey there!!! I hope that you had a great day today! Thank you so much for saying that! It's so sad. But true. It was like my BFF and when I lost it, I was lost. Thank you for being such a sweet person. I thank God everyday that I have all of you here. It's so hard to come across real, actually real nice people. God bless
Hello new friend! Glad to hear your voice. I am visually impaired human. My eyeballs do not work but my brain is #fabulous #thankyou❤❤ I am a type of alcoholic 🙃 I am a binge drinker. I can go decades, and I have, then all of the sudden life happens and boom The Jager bottle is calling. What is #BingeDrinking? Binge drinking is defined as a pattern of drinking alcohol that brings a person's blood alcohol concentration (BAC) to 0.08 grams percent or above. This typically happens when men consume 5 or more drinks, and when women consume 4 or more drinks, in about 2 hours. It's a dangerous practice that can lead to harmful consequences, both immediate and long-term. For example, some immediate consequences of binge drinking include impaired judgment, which can lead to accidents and injuries, alcohol poisoning, which is a serious and potentially deadly condition, and engaging in risky behaviors, like unsafe driving or unprotected you know. It can also result in blackouts, memory lapses, and severe hangovers. These effects can have significant, immediate impacts on one's health and safety. But we do not think it will happen to*me*. Thank you again for being here. Your testimony, your strength for others like myself. It does help to know, tho your struggle is different, that I am not alone here. And blind...I really feel alone sometimes. God bless new friend..maybe check my channel out only if you have time ofc. #saymyname what happened to me is #real even when others do not believe. XoXoX tell wifey hi from MelissaTirona plz she needs support too.
You write amazing texts! I suffer from the inability to speak well. It’s known as Spasmodic Dysphonia, and texting is a life line. I sincerely understand what it’s like to have a disability ! My heart goes out to you! Blessings
You can quit - I did. If I can do it, you can too. I was up to 2 1/2 packs a day and I got tired of the mess, the smell, the need to always have them with me and got a really bad cold. Then I made the decision to quit. I can't stand the smell of it now.
Hello thank you for sharing. I quit over 18 years ago. When I decided to quit I just smoked and smoked back to back until I was disgusted with it. Never picked it up again. The smell is nauseating for me. Bottom line nicotine didn’t do any for me. I hope you can find your way to quit as the health benefits of quitting alone is a great reason.
No.... you are amazing Kristen!!!! I am so blessed to have you here! Thank you so much for always being here and supporting me and what I am trying to do here. I cannot thank you enough! I hope that your day went great today and you are in a happy place! God bless❤️❤️❤️❤️

@@liverdisease-qb6rk I remembered something today. I’ve had a flash memory this am. Thinking about my maternal grandma. She passed when I was 10 from b ca / ca metastasized. I remember sitting in a chair during the viewing maybe or funeral itself. My mom came by me.. told me to quit crying so hard.. get a hold of yourself. My mom proceeded to give me something to “calm down.” I asked her what is it? She told me it was a Valium & it would help stop my crying. Now that I look back as an adult that was messed up right? That was my introduction…. Don’t feel “sad” u can’t handle sadness… In my mind.
Ps...you are also helping the disabled. I am blind irl but i am also a teacher; k-6, #CEF, and the ^T^ in what Celebrate Recovery TEAM=Trainer for others leading groups. Now that i am blund i am so scared ti go out most if the time. I know! God has blessed me with the heart for teaching and helping others. A servants heart. YOU, my new friend , are still giving me an opportunity to share my story, testimony, experiences and book knowledge 🙏 i am also selfish and enjoy helping others ik imma weird. Thank you again MelissaTirona #Godschild
But how do you get through a difficult time without resorting to drinking? What are those tools and methods? It would probably be a good idea to ask someone who doesn't drink how they deal with extreme anxiety
We all had a shot of captain Morgan after my son's funeral. That was my Ron....not often without the "captain". Most of us stayed sober, but my DIL is back to full blown alcoholism and she has chronic pancreatatitis. Probably not a good idea, but that's how we celebrated my Ron, my son.
I relapsed over 2 years ago after 3,5 years of sobriety and sense than I have not been able to quit for more than a week before the next relapse. Now Ive been sober for a few days and I don't think of hope to much. right now. 1 day at a time
I can’t even tell you how many times I had to detox in secret … over and over and over again. 3-4 days of awful opiate withdrawal Begging docs for a catapress patch
I'm so sorry that you had to go through all that. From what I understand, opiate detox is horrible to go through. Flu times 10 is what I have seen. Can't control body temperature, vomiting, diarrhea, rls, pain, shaking.... it sounds terrible.
Look you have to live your life too. You have a family who needs you and I get not feeling good. I feel like I have the flu everyday it's just feeling a little bit crappy or don't talk to me I feel like getting sick. Just hear me out.... take some of your own advice and don't beat yourself up over it. Praying for you and your family because I know everyday is a struggle.
Thank you so very much!!!! I'm trying. I hold myself to a standard, it's hard to break myself from that mentality. I really appreciate you being understanding! God bless❤❤❤❤
I get it. My last drinking session was only 12 days ago and i was not in control. Got very upset about the death of my dog, the end result was bad and i upset my housemate and best friend as well. Not worth it
Can anyone tell me how bad these blood test results as my doc said they weren't too bad. These are uk levels. AST - 145. ALT - 181. GGT - 194. Any advice would be appreciated.
I just got blood work and my numbers were 108 and 109 and the doctor said it’s bad, but reversible. They don’t get very concerned until it’s 1000. He said if I keep going it will continue to increase. He told me if I quit drinking now within two to three weeks it’ll lower. But if I wait longer, it’ll just keep going up and then be harder to Lower. Eventually, I’ll go into liver failure and then kidney failure. So I stopped drinking Sunday. Your numbers aren’t that bad, but you should stop drinking. Or at least take a two week break and then cut back after that. how much are you drinking a day, if you don’t mind me asking? I’ve drank for many many years, but times have gotten harder and the past couple months I went pretty hard. This month I’ve been drinking about a liter of bourbon a day. That’s what did it. Like I said, I’ve drank pretty much as long as I was able to. I’m now 43. I drink every single day. Pretty much 2 to 3 drinks a day and then sometimes more on occasions. My liver numbers have always been normal. I just went too hard and it took a toll on my liver. Also, that much bourbon and hard liquor is just too rough. Normally I drink wine or beer. My numbers were completely normal in November and now they’re high. I stopped drinking and I will get my blood checked again in approximately two weeks. I’ll let you know if the numbers went back down to normal.
@happyhomebody1556 I drink between 30 and 35 units everytime. Not everyday but I probably average 4 days a week. On those days my diet is terrible cos I also smoke weed and eat a load of sugary stuff. So I'm hitting it pretty damn hard. I need a new routine I sit around the house all day.
@@UnderwaterJohn-fn7jg same here. Pothead and couch potato. Only thing I have going for me is I eat a pretty good diet. I love vegetables. Try taking a break from the booze, or at least cut back and add some healthy foods to your diet (veggies, fruits, beans, whole grains, nuts/seeds) and drink water too. It should make a difference. Good luck.
For the love of God, please go to AA and find a "Home" meeting where you feel most comfortable...but go to other meetings too! AA teaches Life behavior changes that lead to actual contentment. Going through the Steps Works for those willing to work them. The 4th and 5th steps are freeing. Every alcoholic has deep secrets and regret that need to be released. Working the steps releases that regret and shame.
Yep cigarettes were my best friend until I severed our friendship in 2009. They were always there for me in bad times and when celebrating. But they actually were EVIL friends, smiling in my face but killing me at the same time.
Hey man! I’ve been captivated by your story and thought I’d write a song. Hope you are doing well! Let me know what you think! Or some more thoughts on the lyrics before I record it. Sending love! The lights are on But your not home I’m tired of all this Time alone An endless loop Running in my mind Seeing how you got us here Cloaked in wine We say cheers To ease the pain Deliver me from suffering Oh you brought me to my knees When you were begging please Told me it’d be different now And did me in Just like you always did All these sunny days cut short And I’m missing out While you hold me Beams of gold Flowing through the blinds Tomorrow you won’t be around Leave me wondering how I got myself here again Suffering A hole I dug so slow All this pain Pouring through my veins
That's so awesome!!! Thank you so much for sharing this with me! I really hope that you are going to record this song when you do it! If so, will you please share it with me? I would love to share a link for it here! Thank you! God bless
It just takes some time is all. It goes away after a bit. I'm just being honest with you. It's pretty uncomfortable at first, but a couple of weeks, you will be feeling great! I hope this helps! Thank you! God bless❤
What was your relationship like with your father? I don't think I've ever heard you talk about him. Forgive me if you have, I haven't watched every single one of your videos
You, dont mind If I call you pro-alkoholics, I am that to drugs, but I have never had withdrawal. In opiates, it takes, like two days and you are stuck with withdrawals again. Is that same timeline apllying to alkohol? I wish somebody could tell me, I am a curious man.
Hey there! The withdrawal from alcohol starts pretty quickly. It's hours after your last drink. It's pretty bad. I have no experience with opiate withdrawal, but from what I understand, it's horrible! Thank you! God bless
I pray you’re not the guy I watched on another channel who had 1-2 years sober a while back. Please put that drink down and return to living. 🙏🏻🌈 If we drink today we may never see tomorrow. God bless you.

Call on the Lord Jesus Christ! Confess your weakness and need for a Saviour. Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the 3rd day. He paid it all with His precious blood. He delivered me from alchohoism in 2018. I was close to dying. He heard my cry and set me free Hallelujah!

Well, if a person gets diagnosed with terminal lung cancer is a smoker going to quit? When my wife was in the hospital with liver failure she wanted some small shots, looking back on it now, I wish I would have brought her those last shots.
Hey there! So I’ve been around professional relapsers, in this video you sound very dismissive of relapsing. On my side I’m much more concerned as to how this relapsing affects the family, friends, and loved ones of those who choose to relapse. I can tell you it’s heartbreaking! My admiration runs with those who have ‘five years sober’ they can’t be discounted! Hagd Sir! ✌🏻🌴🌻
Exercise, exercise, exercise. Exercise clears it. Walk at least 6 miles a day. And no eating after 3PM. The worst thing you can do is eat then go to bed. Never eat without exercising after.
Thanks!

Cuddle up. Hold on and make it through. Those three days suck.

Good thing is
U realized it 👍🏻💕
Thank you for this warning, at around my 3 month point I’ll be travelling for my god daughter’s confirmation, and those get togethers are always a huge booze fest, I have to really muster up peak resolve for that. I’ve tried before and relapsed like you, but I know we can do it, each time we do learn something that helps the final push. You absolutely can be your own best friend ❤, so can I 🤞🏼

You are so right. Thank you so much for sharing! God bless😊
Ignore the negative comments! You're doing a good thing for people.

Hi again 😂
Here are some tips to help avoid binge drinking:

Thank you so much for sharing this! It is totally not worth it! So many things go wrong, so many things. Thank you for watching! God bless😊

God bless.

The scary thing is, how far am I going to take this? I know the damage I’m doing but there’s a nasty voice in my head saying hey why feel anxious and depressed when you can have a few drinks and it all goes away! It sucks! I bend and brake every time
It sure is a curse. It's the worst thing that ever happened to me.

10 years sober, every day is a new day. I did it one day at a time, i had to get to a point that i just hated how it was when i drank.
God bless

Hello new friend! Glad to hear your voice. I am visually impaired human. My eyeballs do not work but my brain is #fabulous #thankyou❤❤
I am a type of alcoholic 🙃 I am a binge drinker.
For example,
some immediate consequences of binge drinking include impaired judgment, which can lead to accidents and injuries, alcohol poisoning, which is a serious and potentially deadly condition, and engaging in risky behaviors, like unsafe driving or unprotected you know. It can also result in blackouts, memory lapses, and severe hangovers. These effects can have significant, immediate impacts on one's health and safety. But we do not think it will happen to*me*.

I've smoked for 40 years and I haven't been able to quit
Allen Carr's book...
I'm sorry. I hope that you can find your way out of it. I know how hard it can be. I smoked my whole life too. I'm praying for you! God bless❤

My mom proceeded to give me something to “calm down.”
I asked her what is it? She told me it was a Valium & it would help stop my crying. Now that I look back as an adult that was messed up right?
That was my introduction….
Don’t feel “sad” u can’t handle sadness…

Your “best friend” is trying to KILL YOU.
You’re to be commended for your strength, and your commitment. You’re a rockstar!!
But how do you get through a difficult time without resorting to drinking? What are those tools and methods? It would probably be a good idea to ask someone who doesn't drink how they deal with extreme anxiety
I will have to make a video on just that. Keep an eye out for it. Thank you for being here! God bless😊😊😊
I’m so sorry about the loss of your son. That’s very sad.
First priority: Take care of yourself.
I am so sorry for your loss. Thank you for being here. God bless❤
@@liverdisease-qb6rk I've already posted the story under different screen name. I'm now Ron's Mom40 for your channel.
3-4 days of awful opiate withdrawal
Begging docs for a catapress patch
@@happyhomebody1556Yeah my ALT has significantly gone up in 2 months.
Good luck.
@@happyhomebody1556 Thank-you mate it's a worry that people like us will push our luck it's best to act now isn't it. Thanks for the reply 👍🏼👍🏼
The lights are on
But your not home
I’m tired of all this
Time alone
An endless loop
Running in my mind
Seeing how you got us here
Cloaked in wine
We say cheers
To ease the pain
Deliver me from suffering
Oh you brought me to my knees
When you were begging please
Told me it’d be different now
And did me in
Just like you always did
All these sunny days cut short
And I’m missing out
While you hold me
Beams of gold
Flowing through the blinds
Tomorrow you won’t be around
Leave me wondering how
I got myself here again
Suffering
A hole I dug so slow
All this pain
Pouring through my veins
That's so awesome!!! Thank you so much for sharing this with me! I really hope that you are going to record this song when you do it! If so, will you please share it with me? I would love to share a link for it here! Thank you! God bless
Bravo
Reishi mushrooms to make strong liver.
Strong kidneys and healthy gut too! Stuff is amazing
Mark Twain said, "It's easy to quit smoking. I've done it a thousand times."
Ld..how can I enjoy myself without drink..what's the answer
Being happy with yourself not needing to be medicated with alcohol. So many times we drink to not be lonely or forget painful things we experienced.

LOL - he went kayaking with his dad.
Thank you! God bless

King James Bible
13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

Well, if a person gets diagnosed with terminal lung cancer is a smoker going to quit? When my wife was in the hospital with liver failure she wanted some small shots, looking back on it now, I wish I would have brought her those last shots.
I can understand that.
Hagd Sir! ✌🏻🌴🌻
He definitely sounds the opposite of dismissive.

Exercise, exercise, exercise. Exercise clears it. Walk at least 6 miles a day. And no eating after 3PM. The worst thing you can do is eat then go to bed. Never eat without exercising after.
Are you drunk in this video?
kind of rude question. its been 2 yours aprox since he has last touched alcohol, he is batling a liver disease.
Are you high writing that comment?
