Nearly every episode shows an Asian not declaring any food and bringing in LOTS of items they know aren’t allowed into the country. The fines need to be increased. Have respect for the country into which you are traveling.
Australia is really strict w bringing in outside plants/animals bc they don't want to introduce invasive species or diseases to their country. Australia has a unique ecology, so their native species are more vulnerable to threats from non-native species.
Cooked food doesn’t bring in a species lol this woman is enforcing a law in the broadest way even though this isn’t what the law was ever for. Cooked food doesn’t harm your precious ecosystem of dirt and bugs
