Great video thank you for posting. When you turn the Hi and Lo mixture screws in, do they contact a seat, or can you just turn the screw until it comes to a complete stop?

Yeah close them off till they seat in the little holes

4mm float height like in the mini rock carb video we did a few years ago. 92-95 main jet, cli[p 2 or 3 mostly

For idle ?? Just open it up so that the engine doesn’t stall , especially when you slam ya brakes on
I have a tillotson toledo HL304E, is it the same configuration for all tillotsons?
not sure, most are the same other than the pop pressure can change for each type of engine. what engine is it on ?

Not 100% cause we don't have them here in AUS. But if it is as I would imagine, richen the Low and Lean out the High

Yes it is. 60mins = 1 full turn open
