    Look forward to seeing a real top speed and range. I've been looking at these bikes but they are just lacking too much in both departments atm. Gone for a petrol for my first bike but still would like a super soco... shoutout from Braintree

    Did you get any noticeable additional heat from the motor using regen and did you up the power at all or keep stock battery amps for the time being?

    • @kpadventure
      @kpadventure  3 года назад +1

      Stock battery + a battery I made = total 76ah
      It’s been raining and very cold here so I still have to test the motor to see if it can stand up to the punishment
      If you look at the display near the end it shows you voltage, amps & watts, stock controller only puts out a maximum of 40amps

      @@kpadventure ah yes I didn’t notice that at first. 75a bet that makes a huge difference to the acceleration your getting.

    Hey, one short question: I also installed a Sabvoton (72150) in my TC. Hall test is sucessful, and without load everything seems to run smooth. But when riding it, especially accelerating from stand, it has a strange hammering noise... Almost like a hammerdrill. Now I am guessing there is something wrong with my cabeling. Did the wire colors of the motorphase and hall sensor cable match with your Sabvoton? In my Case it did, but now I am not sure if I may have to swap some...

      You can change Direction of the wheel spinning by changing 2 of the phase wires but you have make sure you swap the same hall wire to match

    Can i regen with the original y kabel too if i use the controller?

    • @kpadventure

      Super Soco 30ah battery can except 0.5C with a maximum burst of 1C (only for short periods of time) charge rating
      0.5C = 1.55a per cell x 9 cells in parallel = a total of 13.95amps of charging per battery pack
      1C = 3.1a per cell x 9 cells in parallel = a total of 27.9amps of charging per battery pack (only for short periods of time)
      So to get 31.5amp of regen in to the battery you would need 2 batteries in parallel working at the same time together
      So to answer your question standard super soco parallel battery cable = No, but a normal Y battery parallel cable = Yes
      Sorry for the long winded response

    Hi, wich model of Sabvoton is it? Can you upload some diagram of connection and previous mod needed... XT60 diagram inside original battery is direct to positive and negative to BMS output?
    Thanks a lot for your info...

    • @kpadventure
      @kpadventure  3 года назад +3

      SVMC72100(M) I shall put the wiring diagrams in the next video, I have done the XT60 mod please watch my previous video (Super soco melted battery connector fix with XT60) and also (Super Soco TC XT60 to controller power cable upgrade)
      Battery is direct to positive and negative to BMS output = yes

    hello friend, I'm watching all your videos, maybe you know why sometimes the gear (1, 2 or 3) goes to zero (0) and the bike stops, I'll be on the lookout if you know how to solve it, thanks.

    • @kpadventure
      @kpadventure  2 года назад

      I didn't like the security with the standard controller so I bypassed it by using a sabvoton controller & using a gps speedometer

    So if I'll change battery for bigger with bigger voltage and I won't change controller am I going to get better acceleration?)

    • @kpadventure
      @kpadventure  2 года назад

      higher voltage = high top speed
      higher amperage Controller = fast acceleration

      Yes you will need to find a nice Super Soco dealer who will downgrade the firmware on your controller
