I live in north west Wisconsin . I have a 4 rack Bradley/ it does not work at all in the cold say under 45 degrees. I can never get mine over 215 and it took 3 hours to get that hot. on a day over 60 degrees it works great.

What are the specs of your blower motor? cfm, manufacturer, etc. Awesome idea, thanks!

Marty Wildes just get one with a variable speed option. And then you can fine tune. You don’t need a super high cfm because you are only pulling the smoke from direct above not the whole room.
