@@rickdavis32 Life Force is not Gradius II let’s be honest Salamander/Life Force is pretty much Gradius 1.5 and it was the in between game and it was made before the actual sequel Gradius II becoming a thing. Ngl the Gradius Branding is very inconsistent back then

The sounds in this game are so satisfying
I was addicted to this game back in 2006 haha! I’ve had my Super Nintendo since 1994, and it still works.
I like that they hold the sound effects for a few seconds just to let us hear the music on all channels
Even the final boss has an explosion sound that has a sense of finale to the game.
