So, what exactly is a whole food plant based diet? It is a diet that focuses on consuming whole, unrefined, or minimally processed plant foods. This means eating a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds, while minimizing or eliminating animal products and highly processed foods. By following a whole food and plant based diet, you are not only nourishing your body with essential nutrients, but also promoting overall health and well-being.
But what does a whole food plant based diet consist of? It consists of nutrient-dense foods that are packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. These foods are not only beneficial for your physical health, but also for preventing and managing chronic diseases. Research has shown that a plant based diet can reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancer.
The benefits of eating a plant based diet are numerous. Not only does it provide essential nutrition, but it also promotes weight loss, improves digestion, and boosts overall energy levels. Additionally, a plant based diet has been linked to reducing inflammation, improving heart health, and lowering blood pressure. By incorporating more plant based foods into your diet, you are taking a step towards a healthier and more vibrant life.
When it comes to nutrition, a plant based diet can provide all the necessary nutrients your body needs. From protein and fiber to essential vitamins and minerals, whole food plant based foods can offer a well-rounded and balanced diet. Can you please explain more about cold-pressed oils vs regular olive or coconut oil? What kind of flours would you use on WFPB diet? How do you keep full on such a diet and what do you do when eating out?

Cold pressed oils are processed at below 50 degree Celsius versus refined oils which are processed above 100 degree Celsius.
Also refining process uses harmful chemicals.
Any flour that is made using brown rice,or millets is good for making rotis, porridge etc.
Once in while eating out is absolutely ok.
