Safety rating is a concern for this car. Also in AT cruise control is a must, which is missing.
The Ultimate Suspension setup and comfort in this price range. Nothing can come in front of this.
Same experience.. mostly i cruise c3 aircross around 120 - 130kmph on highway and i only notice this when i look at speedometer or alarm stars beeping. While in my ecosport i usually can feel the speed after 100kmph. This car is engineered superbly.

@sachinmathur6624 jeep, skoda, Volkswagen, reault all are selling very less cars now so risk is with a lot of companies. I recon the company comes with certain budget and risk appetite in a country so they should have a few years of runway before they collapse in india , if they shall. That time is good enough for me.

I loved the drive comfort and the overall Vehicle dynamics. The engine power, gearbox and suspension were so good that I bought C3 Aircross(manual) in Dec 23. After delivery it had 3 issues within 1st service.
1) AC gas leakage - corrected
2) shock absorber oil seal leak -corrected
3) DTE (Distance to empty) display wrong - service centre is not yet able to correct it.
Overall not a very pleasant experience.
But highway driving and handling is very good.

Insde Bangal City I am getting only 9-9.5 kmpl ... On Highway I could get 14-17 kmpl . 17 is when I maintain speed at 80 kmph

I m owner and C3 is super car in segment about all and necessary feature also available.....There is no any compare with C3 Aircross to any car in India of this segment.... But most of indian bhedchaal hi chlna pasand krte hain😅😅

Door handles feels weight, although better than maruti for sure, see they launched 7 str car in 10 lac bracket segment probably they provided 2 airbags standard.

Triber se compare kare sakte hai kya isko? Wo approx 18 to 19 ka avg deti hai approx 90 to 100 ki speed per but top speed jyada nai hai. Apne dono gaadi chala k dekhi hogi. which one is good ?

I did test drive of AT, I loved the engine and transmission, very good performance.... but waiting for 1.2.DCT TATA curve, once compare only will make my decision.
TATA after sales rula dega tumhe! Yeh maine khud ek purane dealer se poocha tha. Avoid TATA. They are least concern with your concerns. Long waiting in services. and fit and finish is poor. Also there is no point in taking DCT in India. It heats up in bumper to bumper traffic.

Automatic AC is must have feature for this price point car. Rest features such as ventilated seats, sunroof, ADAS etc should be optional.
Not really. When was the last time you used the AC in Auto? What most people do is adjust the coolness and fan speed on their own. I've owned a car with an Automatic ac for 6+ years now. Never once I could find that the blower throw was good enough. Either I have to increase it or I have to decrease it.
@@zenjm6496using auto ac since 2012 (Nissan Sunny) & whenever i sit in it just set the temp & forgot blower throw or temperature, Further during winters I don't need to set ac manually again & again to stop fogging from inside. It seems u don't even know the difference of manual of auto ac working. for u it is like keeping air hot or cold as most of the Indians buy car for traveling point a to b. Thats y they go for cheap. doesn't matter ride quality, performance, safety, handling, reliability etc, & u also must have maruti or hyundai product, which justyfy ur reply. 🙂
@@TheInnocentboy18 I have a first gen Nexon, an Innova 2nd gen, a 4th gen City and a first gen Glanza. All except Innova comes with Auto AC. The blower is never calibrated right. I have also driven the Sunny. It's the same in that car as well. Tata cars are always over calibrated. It gets really cold and then I have to adjust the fan speed. Glanza and City has the opposite issue. They're under calibrated for the set temperature.
Dude I'm from Kerala. It rains 6 out of 12 months. And if you run any kinda AC it'll not fog.

You think Maruti became the top car company because people didn't prefer quality or safety or performance? You have never driven an ambassador or a Padmini! Maruti probably is one of the most reliable car companies in the world. And all Maruti cars offer above average performance and safety that's on par with competition.
@@zenjm6496 Being practical doesn't makes you snob. I have driven ambassador for more than 6 years. Never driven padmini . You should travel outside Kerala too. May be you don't need auto AC there, but most of the region such as J & K, Punjab, HP, Haryana, UK, Rajasthan, UP, MP, partially Gujrat, Bihar Jharkhand & many more needs auto AC as it saves lives by not fogging the inside & driver will be more focused on driving instead of setting blower/temp. again & again. Further getting a good car doesn't make u high class, but may be wise class. My criteria to buy anything as for cars, bikes, phones, laptop or other gadget or anything is to go for value for money not expensive or cheap, which doesn't make me above most of Indians but wiser than most of them. If you compare MS Swift/Boleno with Ford Freestyle you will find Freestyle have best value for money proposition. For me all MS cars are 15-20% expensive than its current price. If you ask any MS owner the reason of buying MS, 90% of them are due to price & cheaper service. Currently only MS car which is value for money according to me is Ignis, but the sales of this car shows, people don't want good product. Lastly travel more areas.

Gaurav, how are the NVH levels ? You looked a bit fatigued. So I'm concerned. Otherwise this was perhaps one of the best reviews of the vehicle. Huge applause for the effort and information
NVH levels are at par with high torque engines
Little vibrations when engine is idle, but once the car is moving, vibrations disappears.
You hear engine noise only when you throttle it hard, else it is silent.
Only after 120 you hear some road noise, if cruising at 100 you can enjoy every beat of the music.

🌟Practical Value Offering But Not The Most Attractive & Desirable Option........I Agree With Gaurav Bhai, Citroen Should Bring More Variants With Features Addition
Rather than giving 1 to 1.5 lakh discount they can add the missing features for the same price; it could increase sale volumes. IMO High discounted cars mean less sales which eventually creates 2 major issues 1. Discontinuation of the model or worst case exit of the company which would increase the ownership cost alot and 2. Lowest to nil resale value. I own a Fiat Linea and i know the harsh reality. Think twice before investing.
Same situation. We own Linea MJD from 2013 but still inclined towards this car😅.

I want to buy a car for 6 people I am confused between C3 aircross and Kia Carens imt 1.5 Turbo petrol. I will be driving 50% city 50% highway. Please suggest which one should I go for in terms of ride and comfort.
Both cars on road price goes up to 15-17 lac for automatic transmission. For features perspective go for carens but if you are looking for space ride comfort suspension refined engine go for c3 aircross.

Only thing is it looks like very cheap on key, ergonomics (A/C buttons placement, rear window buttons) and Auto climate control / air quality should be given.

Citron Air Cross .... Must launch with EV first .... when no one in market in this size .... They have already EV Infrastructure in India .....I think they get big sell in EV AirCross .... If they introduce before New Nexon EV and Punch EV.

15 lakh mai kam se kam chrome door handle and good arm rest jarur dena chahiye tha , 15 lakh kharch karne ke baad kam se kam thoda premium to dhikhna hi chahiye ,

Old door handles and also its hard to use rear power window buttons because of arm rest. Because of this silly mistakes they failed c3. Now by repeating the same mistake in c3 aircross they will flop this product also. People demand push start stop button and led lights if they are paying onroad 15+ lakhs.

So I write few points on this lovely car
Positives
Road presence, eye catching design.
This is a real turbo, no lag at all
Throttle it in any gear and it will respond quickly. Turbo kicks in at 1700 rpm.
Good on road stability. Even at 140kmph no vibrations.
Suspensions are top notch.
Negatives
Halogen lamps everywhere except the drl's
Missing too many essential features like
Cruise control
Average infotainment system
Passenger side grab handle missing in front row
Rear glass window buttons placement near gear lever.
IF you overlook these missing features than this car is an absolute fun to drive car
Not underrated, but surely India's most underwhelming cars. Or one of the most. Cutting edge...for 1990. Sad, because globally their cars are so interesting.

Ride quality main urban cruiser bhi isse agge hai.
Mic seat belt pe mat lagaya karo.. Bahot kuch kuch awaaj krta hai.. Irritating awaaj aati hai bahot.

The company is a fraud sold me mid varient for higher amount than the top model woth a faulty gearbox also had other issues in the car. Service centre takes 10 on review forcefully and the technicians are untrained as they couldn't install company oem camera and broke the parts theu opened in the car. Service on wheels they say ots for people living 100km away from service center.
Steering wheel makes noise .. showroom sales people misguide and are mot helpful as they gave me a dented car and without a PDI.
My race pedal is making noise and power window control of back seat is coming out. Lost of ratling noise while driving. Old rusting noise incline while pressing the breaks ..
No solution provided after multiple attempts at the customer care service or emails... They say 72 hours quiery will be solved its been 1 month no one has any answer to what so ever ive complaint againt
