Criterion is not selling is bcos of lack of differentiation. When KIA came it was loaded with features that were seen in premium cars and it made a difference.

I'm planning to get the new 2024 C3 Aircross. It gets all required features.
@@y0girap service is done in timely and satisfactory level…but the service bay is not that big in my location they can do about 7-8 cars simultaneously. Due to low sales volume till now the service is quick but if in case they sell more than they will need to expand the service infra.
Overall experience is premium you get proper cabin style customer lounge. Better than all mass market cars brands.
