Jacob- Found your channel awhile ago but haven’t left a comment. So… I love your emphasis on fixed elements, and lighting when choosing colors. I’m putting my house on the market soon. I may do a prefab/tiny house, conventional home or a travel van next. Absolutely agree with the lighting warm or cool suggestions! I HATE my greiges with warm light, but love them with neutral lighting in the 3000-4000K range. What is your view on reduced percentages of greige colors that are on walls, for ceilings? I am using BM Natural Cream on my walls, and wondering if I should do a percentage of that color for ceiling, or just put a pure white on the ceiling...

Reducing or cutting greige paint colors will change the undertone of the paint color as the ratio of making the paint color will be different when the paint color is cut in return will make the paint color unpredictable. Can you cut paint? Yes. Do I advise cutting paint? Mostly no but in certain situations it can work. BM Natural Cream when cut can read much cooler and some times dingy. If you want to cut the paint then 25 percent ratio is the best method. As for ceiling hard to say without a visual of your space. Yes, Pure White can work.
